It felt like April in Paris this past Sunday afternoon in Memorial Park, with the sweet sounds of French gypsy jazz floating on the breeze. Around 200 music lovers showed up to enjoy the library's annual summer concert. If you weren't able to attend, fear not! Stow TV recorded the performance.
