I'm not gonna lie, I really don't like this cast. They're all pretty dull, u can tell they're not having fun. With the old cast, you got to know all the artists! They let loose, joked around, gave interesting critiques, and actually had a GOOD TIME. With these guys (with some exceptions), all you get is a "yeah... I don't like it" and some of them are just kinda picky. The watercolor style zombie tattoo was a good example of why I didn't like this. The zombie tattoo could be seen as rlly bad or rlly cool, and there was a lot of room for creativity to give your opinion on it. But all they said was "what is it" "i don't hate it" and something like "oh yeah the tattooer wasn't experienced". Like where's the tea I've heard 10 people say the same thing

I love the artists who aren’t being judgmental and just appreciating the pieces for whatever they meant to the person at the time.

Bring back the old cast. These new ones are just being rude for no reason. Like some of those tattoos were actually good and they still say that its trash or that the tattoor was just starting out. The old cast was a lot more fun and actually gave out helpful advice!

9:28 is based off poster art by Gisele Lagace. The character is nurse Peggy from an original comic she did. She's a Canadian artist who's also worked on several Archie comics. Love her work and style! So fun to see it as a fan tattoo

I absolutely hate the criticism “Oh god, this looks like it was done in the 80s, before we knew any better!” Tattoos are an ancient art form you are meant to carry on your body for LIFE. It goes through different fads and styles like all art, but that doesn’t invalidate what came before. The arrogance of just dismissing everything outside your tiny personal sphere is stunning and sort of means you don’t get art fundamentally. I wouldn’t want to get tattooed by any of these people.

I actually liked the trash polka zombie one. I don’t know anything about application, but the art was cool. It’s kinda funny how snobby they were. Like, they thought they were supposed to hate it, so they did.

I used to love watching these videos, but now I just get frustrated. It seems as if they can't get past their own style and preferences. It's rather annoying.

I actually really like Bill's zombie dude tattoo! I think it's badass! The approach was perfect to get that impressionist painting effect. The lines aren't supposed to be perfect because it's more abstract. I love it!

the 2nd tattoo is fucking dope and I would honestly get a print of it I love the watercolor horror illustration style

I mean, people DID send in their pictures KNOWING that they could and probably would get roasted. But I honestly felt like most of these people were just judging the tattoos based off of their own preferences. I mean yeah, I'd probably never any of these tattoos myself because I don't like the styles, but they're still good tattoos (not all of 'em obviously), decent linework, pretty good shading for the most part, saturated. Yes the crow will probably bleed together and it'll lose it's details in 3-4 years. But it's still a REALLY good tattoo. But just because you don't like the "style" of something doesn't mean it's bad. I personally don't like pinup, and that was the only tattoo all of these people liked... The single most overdone tattoo EVER made. (I'm not dissing this tattoo, it was really solid and really pretty), it just kind of says a lot about the artists in this video.

If you go review the work of some of these artists their work isn’t that much better. What happened to the crew of Yomico, Showstopper, Steve, Poch, Ryan, Lalo, Megan Massacre, Paul Booth, Nikki Simpson, Kelly, Megan Jean.

Most the artists don't even like critic the actual work of the tattoo, that just saw eew, or thats weird tattoo. Just think thats not the point of the video.

The watercolour zombie was cool af. I was seeing horror faces in the dark shading bit, thought was real clever. Guys talented.

That third tattoo stood out to me because the outline of the two faces is actually one continuous line. The faces could have better, but the continuous line was pretty cool to me

Crow was dope but I feel some of the artiste tried to give a bad review because they know they can't pull it off as neatly as the artiste who did it

There’s too many artists in the past couple videos, it makes the whole thing way too slow waiting for all of them to react to just one picture. Make smaller teams and have them alternate videos or something, but this is way too much.

That monster or zombie (second) picture is so dope. Like that's the perfect mix of art and tatto's. It's such an "classic" motive but made in a truely uniqe way. and it looks like freehand- And listening to most the crew here. Its makes me feel like they only use stensil's and an ipad with google and photo editing. I want to see how many of them that have real drawing skill's and a brain that works for art. So please give them pen and paper and 15m to draw the best tattoo they can.

Ok so I'm pretty much the guy with the first tattoo in this video and I'd like to anwser the several questions raised by it haha 0:09 That's the same reaction my mother had... 0:18 I got this tattooed with a long-time friend of mine (13 years now). We had been wondering what to get for a long time and we had the idea from a mushroom trip we had together. (Great idea... I know) 0:37 This video and the two gloriously high "MDMA manufacturers" in it, basically ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zZMETFXFE24.html So icture me and my friend, stoned out of our mind on magic mushrooms, giggling like madmans for a solid hour at those two blokes trying to explain how to pill mdma while, they too, are stoned out of their mind (and probably more than we were). We put a screenshot of those two guys as our FB profile picture and it became kind of a running gag in our group of friends. So yeah that's the story behind it. 0:52 Thank you ! Metaphorically it is yes. 0:58 It was taken from a screenshot so yeah maybe. 1:45 Good point. I do not, in fact, give a fuck. Probably why I sent it anyway. Planning on getting way more skimask tattoos in the future too. To sum things up, maybe the drawing of the tattoo is a bit skewed but I am pretty much satisfied with what it looks like and its signification is dear to me even though it's origins are dumb as fuck. I wasn't expecting that visceral of a reaction from certain people (It does look odder because it's been turned around by the photo) but, as I've mentioned, I sincerely do not give a fuck. CHEERS!
