1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Deggi chilli powder
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
For masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbs Kashmiri red chilli paste
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp deggi chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp gram flour
1 tsp cornflower
1/2 tsp dry curry leaves powder
1 tbs oil
1/2 lemon juice
4-5 tbs oil for tawa fry
