I’m so thankful that this man exists, especially since he didn’t attend an HBCU. This idea of “buying the block,” will not only pour money into our alma maters, but will give our schools the excellent aesthetic that also defines our culture. I’m excited!!!

I hope this funding goes to HBCU’s that actually need help like Morris Brown College in Atlanta and not a school like Howard, Hampton or FAMU. I love the idea and am praying for actual impact to underfunded institutions and not to clout chase. How can I be involved in this?!

Congratulations to the HBCU recipients of the $100 million Impact Investment, and thank you Tawan Davis and Steinbridge Group for forging means where HBCUs, churches, and other non-profits can access the untapped potential in their own real estate holdings.

He’s speaking to the business aspect in which money has been the poignant tangible deficit easy to buy and fix in the community. The goal is not to hypocritically become like the community that’s is often critiqued as systemically oppressive with money while deficient in the morals and values actionable.

I think the reason she sounds the most annoying is because she talks more than she listens during the interviews. I wish she'd talk less.
