I am from Arunachal Pradesh and want to clarify that we were never part of china, we were close to Tibet and Tibet was also never part of china. China was far away before capturing Tibet we were not even neighbours before it captured Tibet.
@@jaydeepsen4769 than how you think didn't you felt that's not India and storage of imagination I mean every kind of people live here I am also from here (Assam)
Yes Rick sir is correct. The transition from "Indian" to "South- East Asia" is so smooth but upto Assam. It starts right from northern Bihar(close to Terai), and then through Siliguri corridor in West Bengal and then into Assam. From Assam things take a complete turn when you go east wards, and there is this rapid transformation into "South-East Asia". Actually North-East is the only place in India that was a part of South East Asian(Thai, Cambodian) empires. So while North and North-west was repeatedly attacked by Turks, Central Asians and other races, North-East remained totally isolated and developed its own culture. And North-East is a true gem in terms of biodiversity because it falls in the Indo-Malaya eco zone. So you can find Indian as well as "Asian" fauna and flora. There is a very nice mixing. And also North-East and adjoining Myanmar are some of the least explored places in Asia.
@Milo Teshi not really. mizos, manipuris, nagas are all tibetan like genetically mostly with SLIGHT southeast asian mix. they look SE asian ish due to darker skin mostly and smaller body frames given the tropical weather. their features dont look that different from tibetans who are northeast asian for example. Assam is a very mixed bag. Its like a three way mix of bengali, tibetan, and burmese or something.
@Milo Teshi not han chinese, but most northeast indian mongoloid groups (except for khasis) do trace to tibetan migrations. Nagas, nyishis, sikkimese are the closest. Check this source out below. As you can see the himalayan/northeast indian populations are almost identical to tibetans with slight indic mix thats all. Especially groups like sherpas, nyishis, nagas. The SE asian groups like cambodians, southern chinese, burmese, etc are a bit further away. Burmese have tibetan origin as well as you can see in the results, but they mixed more with south asians and southeast asians compared to nagas, nyishis, etc. Garos are the closest to burmese. I'll take back on manipuris and mizos. they might be similar to burmese but nagas, nyishis, sikkimese, sherpas, ladhakis, etc are very cose to tibetans. www.himalayanlanguages.org/files/driem/pdfs/2018b.pdf
@Milo Teshi i provided the genetic charts, two sources. rest is up to you lol. i know there's diversity within communities as well thats why i said mostly nagas, nyishis. rest are more mixed but they do have tibetan origin. thats what i meant. meaning their original lineage started off as tibetans, but mixed more with se asians or south asians once they arrived. thats what happened with the burmese for example. however nagas and nyishis stayed pure and didnt mix with anyone. also in case you didnt know, entire western yunnan is tibetan. qinghai is tibetan. tibetan culture isnt just confined to its provincial borders in china. nagas obviously didnt come from han even if they came from yunnan, so there's only other communties of tibetan or related tibetan groups like naxi, tu, yi, etc. and naga ornaments do look tibetan influenced. its more suited for tropical weather thats all since they dont live in the tibetan plateu/mountains anymore. its more green hills.
@Milo Teshi can you give me the examples of the southwest chinese tribes you're talking about? cause the region (southwest) is still going along the tibetan origin lol. and SE asia is outta question, except for some northern burmese groups who are also recently related to southwest/tibetan and naga groups. History changes. Nagas barely united as one group until recently. there are still so many subgroups within the small state itself with sumis, konyaks, ao, yimchunger, sangtam, mao, many more.. They all probably had different stories to stay divided as tribes. Also there's no story that points to SE asian either. And arunachal is right next to nagaland lol. you're overestimating the SE asian influence in the region, thats all im saying. Features alone dont mean much cause if you change environments, especially if the arrivals are not recent as you stated, then people adapt to the local environment to an extent. Tibet is obviously VERY different in topography compared to the northeast region. Groups like nagas could have just stayed very endogamous from way back ever since they arrived, and develop their own unique features overtime. Just cause they're dark to an extent doesnt mean they automatically look SE asian. This is the problem I see online quite a bit where every darker looking mongoloid person is automatically termed SE asian looking. East asians themselves can get quite dark and han chinese, koreans, japanese have much more SE asian infleunce than tibetans, nagas, nyishis, himalayan groups. I seriously dont get why you find it hard to believe nagas are tibetan related. The language group relation is there for a reason. If nagas were SE asian related they should somewhat be a language isolate or related to austroasiatic/austronesian/taikadai. Khasis of meghalaya and ahoms of assam fit that. The other groups dont in the northeast like mizos, meiteis, bhutias, nyishis, nagas, garos, bodos. All these groups are sino tibetan.
@@yoloswag1357Except Sikkimese and tribes living in northern parts of Arunachal pradesh, other NE people are not related to Tibetans, first you need to know that who are Tibetans, Tibetans live in high altitude, cold deserted areas of Tibetan plateau be it is in China or India. And Sherpas and Bhutia are Tibetans not from NE. And racially Tibetans are mixed of Indid and Sinid races, they look way different from Han chinese, Koreans, Japanese, Southeast Asians because Tibetans have sharp facial features and robust build, infact they are the best looking group in whole of East Asia on the other hand Northeast Indians look Southeast asians like Burmese as they are related to burmese
Arunachal Pradesh is an INDIAN state for ages; China has no business with it apart from their expansionist ventures. Tawang is the second most important Buddhist outpost after Dharamshala for Tibetan culture, the wonderful peace-loving people who have been battling Chinese atrocities since 1949. Bangladhesh was once East Bengal and forceful annexation by Pakistan. In 1972, India actually assisted Bangladhesh on request in their freedom from them; and thus we share a much more cordial relations and a somewhat 'porous border' with this younger country Bangladesh. We are culturally and ethnically one. Airline routes of both countries over each other are hassel-free by agreement; but by road it's not viable to go in to eastern Indian states like Meghalaya, except Tripura, due to Khasi hills rising up to 4000 ft (1030 odd m). The thin passage that connects Bengal with the North-Eastern 'seven sister' states is the 'Chicken's Neck' or 'Siliguri Corridor' - at places as narrow as 25 km. Bagdogra is an important road, rail, and air junction, that also leads to Bhutan - another friendly country.
I guess they shot this video during summer... you should really see it during winters... the entire tawang gets covered in snow and the view is just mind blowing.
Bangladesh is a friendly nation. We have border security force there but not like with Pakistan. A contingent of Bangladesh armed forces also participated in this year's Republic day.
Man, I'm from Kolkata. We love Bangladeshi music over here. There are multiple buses almost everyday from Kolkata to Dhaka. Bangladesh is our lost younger brother. Lets not forget that. Even my grandmother was from there.
I lived my childhood in Arunachal Pradesh. The word Arunachal Pradesh means land of rising sun. If want the real peace of mind than don’t miss a early morning walk anywhere in Arunachal Pradesh. The beauty of this state will hunt your mind even in your dreams

Just to tell you guys in short, Arunachal is called mini India. What you saw was just a small glimpse. Arunachal is as diverse as India with its food, language, culture, religion, tradition. Just Try and know details about Arunachal and it will have no end.
Arunachal Pradesh is a mountainous region whereas Assam is a valley surrounded by these mountains. Hence, the terrain is very different. The greenery could be the same but not the terrain. Tawang also looks completely different during the winter season. It is covered with snow and hence, the greenery turns to white.
@@FAKE-j2r India also has land of rising sun not only Japan...India has their own land of rising sun lol 🤣 I think u don't know much about India or arunachal pradesh state 😂

React to the trailer of 'Doob: No Bed Of Roses', a Bangladeshi movie, acted and produced by Irrfan Khan. Its a few years old Bangladeshi movie but, is releasing now on Netflix and the trailer was released a week back on Netflix India.
You cannot go through Bangladesh. Though India and Bangladesh do not have as tense of a border as India and Pakistan but its not that open as well because India has faced illegal immigration problem from Bangladesh in the past. Though you can go through Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar. With these 3 countries the border is pretty relaxed.
Yes Korbin. India Bangladesh border is not as tensed as indo pak or indo china. There has been certain issues with illegal immigration. But that's a thing in the past (probably ) We have a very friendly relation with bangabandhus. We are their largest trading partner. And off late the mobility through Bangladesh to north east india is opening up. We can reach north east by train passing through Bangladesh. We also have bus facility. And the latest addition in the arsenal has been waterway highways that has been built. So we do have multimodal logistical arrangement. But I ll also mention that it's in a nascent stage. And certainly not like European countries YET.
This time when u guys visit india.... Do visit the northeast..... It's beautiful. You will love it...The nature in Arunachal, Meghalaya, Nahaland, Mizoram....
We are thrilled that you reacted to our video and as Rick said, we do want the world to know that tawang is not just a place to see but it is a experience like none other. you said you went to south africa in the summer right? well that makes sense why it was cold. south africa is in the southern hemisphere. their summer (june, july, august, etc) is actually winter and vice versa. So summer is actually colder there than winter. It would be the same in brazil, argentina, chile, peru, australia for example.
Yes u can drive from India to Bangladesh easily. Borders are not that fortified on Bangladesh borders. We share a cordial and friendly relationship with them. Also there is a daily Bus and train service from Kolkata to Bangladesh.
I'm from Northeast India near of Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh border Tawang is near China border, not far from my place we can go thier, need 6hour to arrive
