CII index అనేది చాలా తక్కువ ఉంది.నార్మల్ inflation కన్నా కూడా తక్కువ గా ఉంది.gain అనేది inflation అయినప్పుడు టాక్స్ కట్టవలసి రావడం, అదీ కూడా 20% కావడం అనేది చట్టం ద్వారా దోపిడీ చెయ్యడం మినహా ఇంకేమి కాదు. స్వాతంత్య్రం వచ్చిన దగ్గర నుండి కూడా white mony property కొన్నప్పుడు బ్లాక్ మనీ అవుతుంది, మళ్ళీ అమ్మేటప్పుడు, బ్లాక్ మనీ రూపం లో ఉన్న white mony కి కూడా టాక్స్ కట్టాలి.అందరినీ దొంగలని చేసే చట్టాలను తయారు చేసే ముర్ఖులని ఏమనాలి?

Agreement date OR registration date is considered for the time limit of 2 years.... ? These days apartments agreement and registration gap is around 4 years.
