The DNA all in the weapon and found inside of the clip. I've spoken to Taxstone enemies and his friends in Brooklyn. They all tell the same story. Troy Ave tried to jump Tax and make a movie. He had his bodyguard set it off. They didn't know Tax had a gun and he shot banger and killed banger. The shots created a maley of pushing and shoving. The gun dropped and everyone ran out. Troy started shooting at invisible people after everyone was one.
