There is zero chance they're getting an appeal. You don't get a new trial just because you ask for, you get it when some important information comes out that wasn't in the original trial. Like if there's a gas station video showing them far from the scene during the crime. Or if there's evidence that his account was hacked when he was bragging about the crime. But let's be honest, we know they did it, the cops know they did it, everybody knows they did it. Why would they get a new trial. It's over, those guys are going to be locked up for a long time with or without Tay's involvement.
