first of all how is this even possible bruhhh... you know for many years rikers island use to be 1 of the hardest jails/prisons in the world.. from shit i seen and heard seems like 1 of the most layed back chillest prisons.. i dead ass heard inmates greet you at the front door instead of stafff. cell phones clearly mostly everyone has one in prisons now a days lol..uhh they have tablets in some prisons.. obviously people still on social media.. i mean what the fuckk is goin on lol ... but anyways..
