Taylor Hanson just released an Iranian protest anthem. Here’s why. 

One third of the Hanson brothers of "MMMBop" fame, Taylor Hanson, has just released what might be his most ambitious project yet: a cover version of the Iranian protest anthem “Baraye” - involving an ensemble of thousands of singers from around the world. Hanson joins Yahoo Entertainment’s Lyndsey Parker to explain how the protests inspired by the death of Mahsa Amini in 2022 led him to join a movement far removed from his own experiences.
