I'm just so happy for Josh Dobbs. Never heard of him but from learning about him on his first start this year to seeing him with the boys it's awesome to see him get some love. Tough love cuz he's a quarterback but love nonetheless.

Downing must be a likable guy, I don’t know how he got a OC job especially after what he did with the Raiders in 2017.

It’s honestly frustrating as a fan to actually hear Todd downing said that weeks ago. Resign if that’s how you feel just literally ruined a teams chances cause you stink at your job

Funny thing is we should have kept Dennis Kelly and tried to move Lewan and his bloated contract. I said 3-4 years ago we should trade Lewan while he still has value. The Bengals and Jets were desperate for a tackle and I think would have been willing to take him and the contract. I really felt that way when Lewan got injured & Kelly took over and our line got better. I believe it was the 2000 yard season for Henry. Pass blocking of the line and run blocking improved.

It's that time of year when teams are trimmin' the unnecessary fat they've been carrying. Hopefully the team gets two coaches that are up to par & can compete at a high level in the league. Was hoping Taylor was going to speak his mind, but he kept it suit and tie professional.

Dobbs is a winner and should be the started next year. Dobbs is a perfect system QB and I like Ryan a lot and thank him everyday for what he has done and I think he can fit in anywhere they need a solid system QB like Tannehill.

Even though Dobbs did turn the ball over twice in the Jacksonville game. I DO NOT put that loss on him. Shitty play calling is what doomed this team. 1st down, 9 players on defense crowding the line and you still run it? Is play action not in the script? Or do they just have no faith in the receivers? The whole O line needs to go. They can't run block for crap and can't give the QB any time to throw. Dobbs had to roll out every pass play. Titans have never been a receiver's team (except for the A.J. Brown years) so honestly, i'm fine with what they have. Let go of Woods and never let Hollister on the field again. Get rid of Swaim and keep the rest. Make that runt Kyle Phillips earns his draft position this year. So funny during training camp that's all we heard was how awesome he was and he was pretty much a dud. Hopefully Burks, Phillips, Westbrook-Ikhine will be healthy next season. Add a mid tier veteran that's not already hurt and another TE and you'll have something with a great O line. They are wasting Henry's last few years if not. He could go somewhere with a good O line and still get 1800 yards a season easy. He is a rare generational back and they need to get him what he needs to keep doing it. I would trade all my draft picks for veteran offensive linemen if I were the GM. Might get me fired but the window is closing fast for Henry and the team revolves around him. The defense is fine as long as they are healthy. Landry, Simmons, Autrey and Weaver are 4 bad dudes that can wreak havoc. The secondary was suspect due to injuries. But when the offense can only score 17 points a game and your highly mobile (Tannehill, Dobbs, Willis)QB is being sacked multiple times, its the O line. fix it and win damnit.

I think you need a new strength and conditioning staff. Too many injuries. They are getting you guy killed. Too many player hurt in TN move on to other teams and are healthy.
