Taylor Sheridan REACTS To Yellowstone ENDING.. 

This is a tough one. A little bit of respect between these men would go a long way. Costner is the rock that makes it all work. Really going to miss this show.

I really am going to missed the Yellowstone show. I just hope T. Sheridan knows what he is doing ending Yellowstone. I know he does the script for the show but he had to remember Kevin Costner n the rest of the actor’s made Yellowstone to what it s, the greatest western TV show. Has lots of fans who watched the show it became an amazing, n brilliant, awesome show.

I'll always have more respect for Kevin then some "Who" that came out of no where Sheridan. 💯

Usually to much money spent on a set causes a great show to get cancelled. It’s not unusual. Love the show. It’s been reported that 1923 was finished and now this report says there is going to be more episodes. I really hope so because it left viewers hanging. Fans don’t like to get involved with a show, that quits in the middle of a storyline. Doing this will cause viewers to never watch a series that a producers does anymore, and I bet he doesn’t care because he is really getting paid a tremendous amount of money for these shows, greed is definitely involved and that’s what will end this show.

I'm going to miss Yellowstone. Unfortunately I'm not able to subscribe to Paramount so this is it for me. Yellowstone was truly a show worth watching in a time when there are so few good options. Thank you Kevin for the last few years.of Yellowstone.The show gave so many of us something to look forward to during covid. So, unfortunately I'm out when Yellowstone ends. Kevin Costner helped Taylor Sheridan in getting his ball ball rolling and does owe Kevin. Its sad that Sheridan has becometoo inflated and has taken his eye off what is keeping many interested in his other shows. I hope to see Kevin again in something equally as good if not better. Taylor has gotten too big too fast and doesn't seem to understand sacrifices that generally go hand in hand with the industry. Taylor has too many balls in the air and is too quick in ending Yellowstone. Someday sooner that later people will have forgotten Taylor Sheridan but for Kevin....he has already won many of our hearts before Yellowstone and his name was the big name in this mini series.

Its a shame because its a really good show. I still hope somehow something can be worked out for it to continue but its not looking good.

So Sheridan succumbed to greed/power and wants to kill the goose that laid the golden egg. These cowboy/western soap operas will soon reach a saturation point where audiences bail out en masse. Treating the fans like garbage has consequences.

Who does Taylor Sheridan remind you of? Renting his own property to the production when it's not the most efficient or least expensive way to go? Yeah, TFG. Forcing the Secret Service to travel and stay at his resorts etc etc. Telling Costner, with all his professional accomplishments and credentials to "stick to acting" is insane. He's lucky to have had Costner for as long as he did.

The reason Yellowstone has been such a hit in the cowboy world is because it has truly captured cowboy life. That isn’t cheap. Good horses aren’t cheap. The equipment alone isn’t cheap. The lifestyle in general is not cheap. For viewers who are on the outside of the cowboy world looking in, seeing Metallic Cat was “oh just another pretty horse.” Horse people gasped and clutched their pearls.

I just watched the first 5 Episodes for Season 5 this week. I am very disappointed that The Yellowstone Series will be ending after Season 5.

As the creator, if he can't keep things together, get all the scripts written on time, I'm not going to start watching any more Sheridan series if I'm going to get into it only for it to fall apart.

I just love his world. Since I can't lie it any more I can watch it on tv.

Sheridan's SICARIO is one of my favorite movies, but there's a HUGE difference between a movie and a long series, let alone diluting it with all the spin offs. As much as I love Yellowstone, it seems obvious these 2 locked horns. Sheridan should have sucked it up instead of constantly going toe to toe, especially when the series was coming to an end. Now it will forever be tainted and Sheridan's ego will probably cost him in the long run

Costner doesn't owe anything to anybody. He stayed as long as HE wanted. He doesn't need the money, and probably has more fish to fry. Maybe the cast should have done more to prolong the series themselves, by improving the show quality on their own...

Who needs to be handed an award. The popularity of Yellowstone speaks for itself. Sheridan is the best of the best. We haven't had anyone with his talent in many years. As an elderly lady who anxiously awaits more of Talor Sheridan creations.

Sheridan has always had an attitude. Does this really come as a surprise to anyone?

The sad thing is the cancellation will put a lot of people out of a job and some have families to feed.

I think Costner needed to be on set for more than a week but I also think Sheridan should finish one script at a time instead of having six or eight going at the same time. Actors do have other movie's, etc going on and they can't spend all their time on one set.

We simply know Taylor should take the esposability for not delivering his work on time he wasn't there, the cast was but he wasn't ready. It happens but don't blame anyone else when you take to much on food on your plate. It caused a lot of trouble for more than only KC.

He may be complaining about Costner now , but when he wanted him to play the part he was giving all kinds of accolades. Clearly Sheridan has let his success go to his head !

If the truth will EVER be known, I WAGER that those producing/directing etc. and etc. wanted to take the show toward an unamerican way (something negative about the early years that paints white Americans in a negative way) and Mr. Costner refused. Mr. Costner (to me) is much like John Wayne and doesn't mine telling the truth but in the same breath he loves his country like the majority of us do and will not cross the line for money.

Don't wish to see Matthew McConaughey in Yellowstone after Kevin costners role ends.. Rater the show end!

I think Sheridan needs to stick with riding horses and let everyone else who knows what they’re doing make a film. The last I heard he hadn’t even completed the second season script for Yellowstone. He has led Hollywood go to his head and Hollywood has let him get away with it. But he may not blank Kevin Costner for all of his problems

I will be glad to see the spinoff about Bass Reeves , and the others.

Costner doesn't live in Montana except in a motorhome on set when he's there.

No! No one could have predicted the popularity. 5 seasons is amazing. Costner had to look forward. All of the cast should be looking forward to cover their butts! Quit blaming!!!!!

Guess they loose the raunch too. This sucks. I’ve really enjoyed this series, only watched it for the first time a month ago, after watching 1883 & 1923. I’m a big fan of this, sad to see ending the way it is. Not sure about all the rumours, but I do understand the amount of money and pressure that comes with it.

I could tell at exactly what point Sheridan took over and Costner's influence stopped. That detour of the storyline to the Texas ranch was way overwritten, boring and not in keeping with the original show. It should have been at most a few minutes here and there, not full episodes. The main characters got sidelined and I tuned out. Sheridan ruined a good show to grab money and use his own ranch. Anyone with a brain can see what happened. Oh well, another ego ruins a good show.

Good story i suppose..... I was intrigued with a few well shot scenes. But like the show Dallas, its tough for me to be that interested in the whole gangster rancher thing. Not to mention the lack of empathy I have for any millionaires plight. Its a SOAP OPERA, and nothing more.

Anybody could play him. Anyone except the one they,er going to get to play him. Bring in a long lost brother he didn't know he had.

To much drama and not enough completion. Finish what you start before starting another series. Then he leaves you hanging for months and months before finishing that series/ season. Just not right. Call it like it is , Sheridan is just in it for the money .

Yellowstone jumped the shark when the major characters survived the massive attack on the Duttons. I feel for the actors and crew who will be out of work now because two grown ass adults had to act like high school bullies in the playground. Taylor and Kevin DO BETTER!

Taylor knows what we want to see. If that costs money, so be it. We love Yellowstone.

Buying the 6666 Ranch probably not a smart move.

The main thing was Sheridan doing so many spin offs and all. Focus on your bread and butter which is Yellowstone. Let it run it's course and end, then you have ample time to do your spinoff shows. Way too many irons in the fire. Season 5 has turned into concerts every other breath with no sort of storyline.

I've been an unbelievable fan of Kevin over the years. After this bullshit, I'm seriously questioning if I'll ever support him again. I realize it's a business and Kevin is dealing with a lot off of the ranch. But this is ridiculous. Too many people's livelihoods are depending on the continuation of the show. They needed to get over their personal crap and put the cast members and fans above it. After all, "for love of the game..."

Just started binge watching the series a few weeks ago. Watched the first two episodes of season 5 so far. Gotta say the writing is pretty juvenile. Season 4 wasn't that great either. Lots of things that just don't line up. Most of the time it's just way too obvious what's going to happen and it's usually an overused simple trope. Kind of a shame, first 3 seasons were great.

Its no one else's business about why if its Kevin Koster's a reason is between Kevin & Taylor Sheridan. Maybe he feels bad for the Native American Indians?; if that's the case I concurr... He's older; lot going on & a lot of pressure he said they said? They both know & all that matters. Maybe he's tired of the show? They both love Montana! One reason choose Kevin to start with most likely. If he has a contract I'm sure he'll hold his end of the deal. When is Kevin's wedding anniversary?; does he already have prior commitments? If mama's happy everybody's happy is that how the saying goes?

I love Yellowstone but all Taylor Sheridan's work is fantastic 1883 1923 mayor of Kingstown Tulsa King 6666 the Bass Reeves series 1945 and 1965 with all great actor choices. Mathew M Kurt Russell Jermey Renner Morgan Freemon. If they do a Yellowstone 2 they should impeach John he goes to prison Rip takes over with Beth by his side.

Taylor Sheridan has turned this into a cash cow for himself, and a commercial for himself and his own ranch. there is no possible way a show with zero special effects should cost $22mil/episode. a show about the Dutton family had no need for him to write himself, his cutting horses, and his own ranch into the script, and was best before he did all that.

Yellowstone has added the writers and directors of Game of Thrones season 8 to make sure we are all pleased with the ending.
