this man was not built for reality TV -- too real, and his eccentricity [a good thing, btw] doesn't read well with the producer's' edits & weavings. There's a maturity issue, sure, but Tayshia looks like the best person to grow with. Hope they're still together, and that she's being patient. JPJ is a pure soul.

Yes she is mature but she was treating him like her boy toy and he fell in love with her. It appears as if she was there for a free vacation; and tried to secure a rose to the end; if anyone noticed when JPJ decided to leave she told him she didn't want him to go meaning her time had also expired.

John sees the clues, giving all the love he had and it wasn’t enough for her as if at one get together he asked if she prefer things as if he knew...he’s really sharp. Sad if someone is with him just for his wallet.

Nope you are not alone and he seems extremely young (maturity wise), to me--like a teenager. He seems far from ready for marriage but he is clearly longing for something if he's been wanting to marry since 18 (I think he mentioned from 18 on the show). He might be a great kid, just young for marriage.
