TBC Classic Pre-Patch level 60 Shadow Priest DPS numbers are 17% total stronger than they were using previous Classic WoW talent trees; compared in live Naxxramas raid environments. Vampiric Touch, Misery, and Shadow Power are MASSIVE BUFFS to the shadow spec for priests! Excited to see how much stronger we become when we are able to access Shadow Fiend, additional Discipline talents, Shadow Word: Death, and Haste Rating on Gear! Nice to see you back! Spriest is gonna be amazing, and surprisingly Im still not seeing many people roll one in my guild. Been looking at the late game itemization, and since it looks like spellpower on gear kinda stagnates in later tiers, staying somewhat competitive on the meters will be down to heavy haste gearing and being very aggressive with SWD whenever possible.

Yo thanks! Yes, haste becomes a big stat in later phases, for Phase 1 I think its still best to stack Spell Power.

One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that the test was performed using full 51 points in Shadow tree during Pre-Patch vs. a 19/0/32 Disc/Shadow build in Classic. Even without the Discipline sustain talents such as Inner Focus and Meditation, the new Shadow talents more than make up for them. It will be exciting to combine all of it at level 70!
