The restaurant is premium class with delicious food, nice atmosphere and great views on the city, though you can find other options of more budget friendly food in the city. This restaurant has mainly guests due to these reasons and for special occasions/celebrations not for being as most budget friendly destination. Much depends on the order in the menu as well. (there is caffèe Puri Guliani just next to the restaurant where it’s also possible to enjoy with one of the best desserts in the city including Ponchiki, that is popular and quite budget friendly)🙂
Hi Teona, I planning to visit Georgia, to be more specific, tbilisi and batumi. I am a wheelchair use, and I would like to know if tbilisi and batumi are wheelchair accessible? Is the transportation, buses, metro, and trains are wheelchair accessible?
Thank you for the comment. There are still thing’s needed to improve the infrastructure and make it more wheelchair accessible but there will be the areas/zones to focus for comfortable visit.

oh man I miss Tbilisi Georgia, been there from June 8th to 13th, 2024, and the weather was amazing, not too hot but worth visiting as the night and early morning temperature was pretty cool and chilly that we have to wear our jackets, (yup when I landed in Tbilisi in Georgia from Dubai UAE on Fly Dubai, the weather in Georgia when I landed and disembarked through mobile stairs was around 14 degrees Celsius at 4AM which I ended up wearing jacket)
