Run-out compensation of eccentric bores
Eccentric bores in round steel bars have a run out usually in the direction of the smallest wall thickness. Is there a second bore its run out is influenced by the first bore.
If now the request combines the compensation of run out and short cycle times for a serial production, TBT has the solution.
Four work pieces are drilled simultaneously from two sides with a total of 8 spindles. Via the fixture the run out is compensated at the same time in X and Y with a skewed work piece positioning. A masterpiece of our TBT engineers.
Verlaufskompensation von exzentrischen Bohrungen
Exzentrische Bohrungen in Rundstählen verlaufen in der Regel in Richtung der geringsten Wandstärke. Wird eine zweite Bohrung gesetzt, ist deren Verlauf durch die vorhergehende Bohrung beeinflusst. Wenn jetzt die Forderung einer Verlaufskompensation für eine Serienfertigung mit kurzen Taktzeiten aufgestellt wird, hat TBT die Lösung.
Gebohrt werden simultan vier Werkstücke von zwei Seiten mit insgesamt acht Spindeln. Über die Werkstückvorrichtung wird gleichzeitig der Verlauf über in X und Y schräg gestellte Werkstücke kompensiert. Eine Meisterleistung unserer TBT Ingenieure.
