This group was done so dirty, their company was to blame for not protecting them. They were on the rise, they had this club sound. Also, they were releasing some very good cinematic mvs. If it wasn’t for the bullying controversy, they would of been as big as snsd. I’m patiently awaiting their comeback as a group, happy they got to leave the company and fought to keep their name.

T-ara is the “Chameleon” of K-pop. They were one of the Top K-pop girl groups among Wonder Girls, Girls’ Generation, 2NE1 and Kara. 2011 is their peak year, releasing the disco-vibe track called Roly-Poly. Sadly, their former member “Hwayoung” brought them down due to her fake personality and pretending to be the victim of bullying among members. After that, they never got a 1st place in their song promoting. Until 2017, drama queen hwayoung was revealed her fucking badness by T-ara’s Staff after talking about feeling of being in T-ara on TV.

Yo, if you ever react to these Queens again can you try 'Roly Poly' or 'So Crazy'? T-Ara dominated the club-techno scene for ages, but it was the fun and quirky stuff that I think really captured them well. The techno scene was more the craze of the generation.

don't get the wrong idea. They did as many concepts as Girl's Generation and every one of their videos is a winnner. the fandom name is posessive as in we are the Queen's men. Unless you are a fairly devoted fan stay away from the drama versions. They are good but the drama distracts from the music. It will be heavily recommended that you do Number Nine next. For voices, faces, and a bit of elegence I would like to see your reaction to Do You Know Me. Look for subtitles if you do.

T-ARA was such an amazing group who were at the top with some of the biggest groups like Girl Generation, Wonder Girls, 2ne1, Kara. They were legends, being popular not only in Korea but also very big in China, Taiwan, and Japan. Its sad that they got ripped down thanks to all the discourse, rumors, and drama within the group and unfortunately that's what many newer fans of Kpop know them for: the group that had the scandals. And now there's all that drama between the remaining members and their former company for the rights to the "T-ARA" name. But really, they are a very talented group who deserve to be called Legends.

2014 sounds about right for this though i can't believe it's coming up 5 years since it came out - i still listen to it regularly. they actually brought out multiple (16+) versions, my favourite being the Ibiza Version off 'And & End' album.

T-ara have 6 original members technically: Qri, Eunjung, Hyomin, Jiyeon, Soyeon, and Boram were all the OG 6 for T-ara. This song is my favourite out of all their songs, this and Number Nine are awesome ☺ but all their songs are bops. And yes, they are 2nd generation, debuting in 2009 :) The classic kpop groups still got it: Big Bang, Super Junior, 2PM, Girls' Generation, SHINee, T-ara, f(x), all these 2nd gen groups had some of the best songs released in kpop.

For more infos, 2nd gen groups debuted within 2003 (begin with TVXQ) and 2011.

Yess someone still appreciate T-Ara! I'm not in their fandom, but they have a lot of good memorable songs & may go further if not for those scandals 😥. For me instead of their dance pop, T-Ara's songs are still in my playlist for their heartbreaking ballad! They have excellent ballads and beautiful voice. Day by Day, Don't Forget, etc. 😍

(Info on the group below) T-ara was one of the most successful and influential Girl Groups in K-pop. However, along with fame comes controversies. T-ara was originally supposed to debut in 2006-2008. The original 5 members included current (well former since the group's hiatus idk, some say the group has disbanded others say the group is on hiatus so i don't for sure know) Hyomin, Jiyeon, and Eunjung as well as pre-debut members Jiae aka. Hana and Jiwon. Jiae and Jiwon left the group due to different tastes in music style. Jiae later debuted under the name 'Hana' as a member of the ballad duo "Jevice." Jiwon debuted in the girl group "Spica," and served as member till the group's disbandment. She later re-debuted as member of the project group Uni. T. T-ara debuted in 2009 with the three remaining members plus three new members. Boram who comes from a very famous family (her mother was a famous actress and her father was very popular singer), Qri, a very big internet model, and Soyeon, a former SM trainee (who was a member of pre-debut Girls' Generation). The group debuted under Core Contents Media, which is now known as MBK Entertainment. This line-up brought T-ara much success. In 2010 the company added new member Hwayoung. Prior to debut Hwayoung's identical twin sister Hyoyoung won a very huge beauty pageant in Korea which gained the twins popularity thought-out Korea. (Hyoyoung later debuted in T-ara's brother/sister group "Co-Ed School," and debuted in the sub unit "5-Dolls.") T-ara continued to promote as 7 membets until early 2012. The company teased new member Dani (who at the time was 14). The company later said that Dani wouldn't debut with the group until she got older, but that she was meant to be the "Next Gen," member. So, even though she wasn't going to debut soon, she still had a spot within the group. After the company cleared up confusion with Dani, they released new images of another new T-ara member. Areum was added to the group to serve as the new Maknae till the addition of Dani. The group released their song "Day by Day" which had two version of the mv. One where Dani is included and took on a more drama feel, and the other that was more of the official mv with Areum but no Dani. In mid 2012 during a concert held in Japan, Hwayoung sat out due to injury, and member Areum replaced her in all but one of the performances. A member (never said who) tweeted about the determination of the members. Hwayoung and her sister later tweeted that their was a "bad person," in the group, and that this person was another reason why Hwayoung didn't perform. This caused major uproar online as fans started claiming that Hwayoung was being bullied within the group. Other fans later compiled evidence that pointed at members Soyeon, Eunjung, Hyomin, and Jiyeon possibly being the ones bullying Hwayoung. After the bullying rumors got out of hand Hwayoung was expelled from the group by the company. The company later said that "Hwayoung's behavior was hurting the teamwork with the group." After Hwayoung's sudden expulsion Areum acted as her replacement. After Areum took on Hwayoung's parts T-ara debuted two sub units. T-ara N4 which consisted of Eunjung, Hyomin, Jiyeon, and Areum, and QBS which consisted of Qri, Boram, and Soyeon. T-ara N4 released Korean songs while QBS released Japanese songs. In 2013 Areum announced her leave from the group to pursue a solo career; however, it is also thought that she was forced out of the group due to her uploading some pics on Social Media that freaked fans out, and made some worry about her mental and spiritual health. (this was later cleared up by Areum herself after appearing on the survival show "The Unit.") After Areum's departure the company said Dani would make her way to debut in T-ara by first debuting in T-ara N4. This unfortunately never happened. In 2014 the company said that Dani wasn't going to debut as a member of T-ara. The reasoning for this decision was due to fear that fans may attack her after the departures of Hwayoung and Areum. The company also said that Dani wasn't ready still, and that the company didn't have any more waiting time. (Dani later appeared on Produce 101) The group continued to promote as original six members. However, after the bullying scandals and members leaving T-ara's name and reputation was tarnished. They still had fans and still were big, but never recovered. In 2017 after Hwayoung and Hyoyoung were asked about the bullying scandal on a show the two replied "they could only count on each other." A former staff member later came forward stating that their was no bullying where Hwayoung was a victim, but instead Hwayoung and Hyoyoung bullied the members of T-ara. Said staff member even released message screen shots where Hyoyoung threatened Areum for not supporting Hwayoung. Soon after more staff came forward saying how Hwayoung was rude to the other members, rude to the staff, disobeyed company rules, and started rumors about the company. Hwayoung denied these accusations at first, but later said they were all true and apologized for lying all those years. Within that same year Soyeon and Boram left the group. T-ara then promoted as 4. They released their song "What's my name?" which gained them their first win on a music show since the bullying scandal.
