T-ara’s impact back in 2009-2014 was out of this world. If you live in Asia when T-ara was one the most famous groups you cant escape from T-ara. You would hear their songs everywhereeeee in Asia. Like its a fact Im not exaggerating it

T-ARA could have been the most popular 2nd gen girl group along with SNSD and 2ne1 if it wasn't for that issue.

Oh no that wasn’t the original version of Roly Poly! That was a different version/remix, you should really check out the original as well it’s even better & straight up screams disco vibes. If you’re ever gonna react to more T-ara in the future, I’d suggest their other songs that aren’t very EDM: Cry Cry, Like The First Time, I Go Crazy Because of You, Day By Day. Also just a bit of extra info if you’re interested: T-ara & 15-minute long drama mvs were a thing for a period of time which is why for some songs they’d have multiple versions of mvs for 1 song. Cry Cry (pt. 1) & Lovey Dovey (pt. 2) is a continuation of one another, same goes for Day By Day (pt. 1) & Sexy Love (pt. 2).

Honestly, T-ARA was just so unrivaled especially in Japan back then. If only they didn't add THAT member.

The MV you watched for Roly Poly is not the original version of the song. This one is called Roly Poly in Copacabana, basically a Remix from Roly Poly. All of the songs you reacted to today were from the club side, but it would be nice to see you react to their famous ballads as well. T-ARA will perform at Fan Party "Return of the Queens" on Nov 21. You can purchase online ticket on interpark. T-ara said they will not doing a promotion on music shows (music bank, inkigayo, etc) because 4 of them has different schedule and 3 of them didn't have agency so it might be difficult for them to manage it alone.

I got into T-ara's music when Day By Day was realesed (hope you eventually react to this one. It's one of the best kpop mv's ever!). Sugar Free and Number 9 are my 2 favs from them and I'm not a huge edm person. They nailed that style!

There's just so much to say about T-ARA and their music. They are *incredibly* talented. It's almost too much to list: singing, dancing - of course. But they've all appeared in TV shows and movies as actresses as well. Two of them have black belts in taekwondo. They all speak multiple languages. Hyomin is a fashion designer, painter, and chef. Qri is a jewelry and fashion designer. Eunjung does so many things I can't even list them. They all are talented in so many ways, it's almost unreal. T-ARA's discography is absolutely second to none in kpop. They have a huge number of fantastic songs (several of the top-selling kpop songs of all time are T-ARA's). There are so many more of their I think you would enjoy - Bo Peep Bo Peep (the first song that really got them noticed), Sexy Love, Day by Day, and so many more. Their vocals are fantastic - listen to their ballad songs, like "Why We Separated." Watch the dance practice video for "Lovey Dovey." The shuffle dance choreo is super hard - people said it was one of the hardest choreos done by a girl group (and in live concerts, they did it in high heels!). The drama versions of their videos are absolutely unbelievable - like short movies - and are some of the most expensive kpop MV's ever done. Roly Poly is *still* the #1 selling song by a kpop girl group. They've done just about every concept you can imagine; they are known as the chameleons of kpop, because they can have have done so many difference concepts, from super cutesy to dark to hip-hop to hard-core EDM to pure vocal ballads. On top of their incredible talent, they are super nice and love their fans. The Tiki Taka album and MVs they paid to produce with their own money because they'd promised their fans they would do a comeback. And to add to all of that, every member of T-ARA is drop-dead model gorgeous, and Park Jiyeon (the visual of the group) has been voted one of the most beautiful women in the world. As I'm sure you can tell, I'm a huge fan, but once you start following them and learn more about them and their history, all they have overcome, I think most people become another of T-ARA's Queen's (the fans of T-ARA).

RU-vid algorithm recommended this vid and for once i'm grateful for our technological overlords! This was a great reaction vid(s) to watch! A few things to add if you didn't know already and may potentially be interested in: You watched the 2nd Roly Poly MV which is basically just a re-release of the same song that MBK (T-ara's company at the time) decided to edit slightly and release due to the overwhelming popularity Roly Poly had in 2011. This being said the original MV is similar to the Lovey Dovey MV whereby it's a bit of a story w/ the song playing somewhat throughout. Sugar Free was the first time that type of EDM hit Kpop and T-ara were the frontrunners on bringing it to the industry... following that release there was an avalanche of other EDM songs for the next year or two and the genre grew old and tiresome. T-ara also have Drama MVs for Cry Cry/Lovey Dovey and Day by Day/Sexy Love and I would HIGHLY recommend watching them as once again, T-ara were the first group to make proper drama MVs for their songs on top of the regular song MV. They're ~20 minutes long each so make sure you have time - it's well worth it though! Otherwise thank you for this video, it's really great to see people not just reacting to videos and saying the sun shines of the song's ass for every.single.release. Your honesty is refreshing and you're still able to be positive even though some elements may not be your cup of tea! In my opinion there best selection of songs is from the first album. If it has a mv then the song slaps. My absolute fav is Like the first time/choeum choreom. Absolute bangers imo

If only T-ara wasn’t ruined by a snake, and if only their agency protected them during the scandal. My heart still aches for those years that they were mistreated, and for the success that they have deserved.

To me Dreamcatcher and T-ARA have something in common and that is one of the reason they're my ult.. You need an specific taste of music to like their main tracks but when you include their b-sides they have the best discography of their generation

Again, you react to one of my fave K-pop girl groups, ever. I picked up their debut album on a whim shortly after it came out and fell in love with T-ara immediately. Bought every album when it was released since then and was never disappointed. Glad to see someone else appreciate them in this day and age. BTW, they released a limited special album that had multiple remixes of "Sugar Free" which should satiate any lovers of low sugar EDM dance music. *edit* -- Just pulled out the album and it actually contains 18 (yes 18) remixes of "Sugar Free". Comes in a very nice steel box case with exclusive photos.
