yes, the Marshall JMP-1 recorded direct. I used a Digitech Bad Monkey as a 'clean boost' (no gain, volume on max) in front of it. I must also add that the Schaller humbucker in the guitar has a really good kick to it.
I was wanting to hear the Flashback 2 in stereo. I have a stereo guitar amp and want to put Flashback 2 into the stereo effect loop so that it will ping pong from one set of speakers to the next set of speakers. I use 2 sets of stereo speakers 8 ohms each (wired in series to give me 4 ohms) and each set of 2 speakers is 4 ohms. One set of 2 into the left channel and the other set of 2 into the right channel.
Wow, in modulation mode the sound suddenly becomes so open. I own the Flashback but never really used it in stereo. The modulation sounds so much better in stereo!
Really nice but you only played staccato notes in the beginning, and didn't leave the repeats to reveal the differences between the modes. But your dirty sounds demo was excellent.
thanks for that.... I use an old ADA MP-1. It sounds good with the flashback. Great distortion, but I'm not in love with the clean tone. The jmp-1 seems to have both. Are your effects thru the loop? Thanks
