I'm a bit confused by the Lcc measurement you've taken for the steering rack. You've got quite different measurements between the TC7 and TC7.1 models, despite having the same components. You're also measuring to the centre of the diff, not to the centre of the kingpin/axle axis, which may be different if the driveshaft is swept. I'm also not seeing anything in RC3 that accounts for changes in the relative kingpin location for when the arms are shimmed back and forth for wheelbase adjustments. Have I missed something there?
If memory serves me correctly for the TC7 the Lcc value was set with the suspension arm shimmed forward so I added 1mm to the measured length. The other .5mm is just differences in the measurement stack up. Lcc is one of the most difficult values to determine accurately due to the number of measurements needed to get the value. If I had access to a Coordinate Measurement Machine this process would be much easier and more accurate. Unfortunately that is not the case. I am planning a new version which will include the ability to shim wheelbase, sweep .... but it will be a while.
