Waltz of the Flowers, Waltz of the Snowflakes, Dance of the Sugarplumb Fairy and the Sugarplumb Fairy and Prince's duet are probably the ones I listen to the most. Because of particular scenes associated with them with Nutcracker movies growing up.
it’s that time of year!! the nutcracker is the only christmas music i can tolerate after hearing the same 20ish christmas songs on loop. customer service is a nightmare

It was my first ever ballet that I saw live . I saw it with my friend from Peru Magda . She bought the tickets and she said this ballet was very popular in Latin America . I did not know what to expect . What I got was wonderful . It's just a great work of art

I have always loved and appreciated the Nutcracker, the music is just absolutely wonderful and just filled with joy, love and visual memories of the 93' version film ballet, best one ever. Any version is appreciated :-)
I have been living in America for 20 years. Every year I ask about 100 people around Christmas, who had created this music. In 20 years NOBODY ANSWERED. I keep on hoping and asking.. Sorry Pyotr Illitch! They do not know. They are Americans!

It origannly comes from the ballet "The Nutcracker" from Tchaikovsky in 1892. Because the ballet was set on christmas eve and the hero of the ballet is a nutcracker who came to life, both the work and the decoration became accosiated with christmas!
