You should respect the service agreement/Bond and pay the amount that you have agreed for. But here is the twist- You can always discuss with the HR and reduce the bond amount, this has happened in many cases that they have reduced the amount, so you don't have to worry about your pf.

Yes, you get pension when you retire at the age of 60. Most of the IT companies nowadays give pension, i.e. it is given from the EPS which is a government scheme

my e aadhar card was not uploaded and I was unaware . So my UAN nmbr was never generated till 1 year but my PF amount is getting deducted every month . infact now after one year they are deducting UAN recovery amount of 5000 every month for two months now . but I updated the e adhar card . so now will the money deducted till now for pf , be trasferred to the epfo account ? and what about that UAN recovery amount of 5K which they deducted for two months now . How could I recover it all?? Please Help !!

But as you told you joined in TCS 2021 but still not updated confirmation letter. For me also not updated as I joined april 2022. But two of my friends got that confirmation letter in official letter section. Do you have any idea about this please let me know.

Hello Sindhuja, It will be better if you transfer your earlier PF account to TCS from their side, You just have to fill the forms and mention your UAN no. i.e in the EPF Part A and B and other documents

Hi Yeshwanth, Have you joined as an experienced candidate, If yes then you might have already mentioned your UAN no in the Nextstep portal forms. If not the you don't have to worry, your UAN no is linked with the Pan No, so ultimately TCS will automatically fetch the no and link it

@datascience3008 sir, though it's long back and don't remember properly but as far I remember we had a financial session and there they have given some hr contact details and then we communicated. Mostly it will be auto corrected. You can connect on those financial sessions they will explain
