The saddest part is- When I started college in 2006, initial package was 3.5lac. When I passed in 2010, it was 3.5lac. And in 2022, initial package is 3.5 lac !

Nice try bro! But I would suggest do an in-depth research before explaining! The first year as a fresher one gets Ase-trainee (assistant system engineer- trainee) : salary 3.36lpa CTC + bonus (if applicable from CPA exam- 60k for score more than 80 and 40k for score 55-80). After 1st year one gets the final anniversary appraisal and is promoted to Ase ( assistant system engineer): salary depends on rating. Like for 3rating CTC is 3.5lpa, 4rating CTC is 3.66lpa and 5rating CTC is 3.74lpa. avg people get 4 rating. After 2years one is promoted to system engineer and according to band one gets 8% - 10%. Salary ranges between 3.8lpa to 4.2lpa. These 2 are system based promotions i.e will happen in fixed period.. the next promotion will be based on project manager to designation ita. Ita salary is around 5lpa to 5.5lpa. one can become ita in 3rd earliest if manager approves. Otherwise the yearly hike continues. All the above info is about ninja profile. Digital profile info not included. I would agree with you on some points like. Preferably don't join tcs as a fresher.. it's a stable company for settlement purpose.. also once you resign from tcs.. you can't join back again.

In TCS no one is going to provide you a monthly hike of 6k after a year. You can get a yearly hike of 3-5% if you are willing to work extra hours without pay. In some projects there is no reimbursement for night shifts also.

Hike percentage is maximum 7% and that too for only A band associate. Every year only 20-25% associates (out of 5 lacs+ total employees) get this band and receive this amount of hike and majority get either Band B (5% hike) or Band C (3% hike). So please explain this clearly otherwise outside people will be misguided.

Mai Wells Fargo employee hu bhai aur mai tumse agree karta hu ki kisi bhi company me 3 years se zyada rukna hi kyu, aap apne skills lelo 3 saal ke andar us company se aur niklo, next time aur badi company dekho jo current skills ko aur aage le jaaye. Young age me skills matter krta hai yar, 10 saal ya 12 saal bad to humlog skills ko utna prefer nai krenge humlog ustime BAU related positions dekhenge.

Best is to give airforce x,y group exam after 12 easiest exam .. from 17-19 age group you get 33k in hand + allowances just in joining ...you will also save graduation time &money & tension .

Wrong on so many levels. After 3 years you can expect a max of 32k in hand salary, if you started in the normal ninja post for engineers with 3.5 lpa CTC, and you havent been as lucky as the top 1% who managed to switch a digital profile via DCA exam or Wings 1. For 99% of fresher employees, it wont be more than 32k, more like 28k-30k. Its a scam of a company, in terms of exploiting freshers for low salaries.

Tcs ninja se exam deke TCS digital ban jao... Salary increment 100% milega forever (just need to main tain B grade and 4 star rating ).....
