Hi!!! I would love your opinion as to which software platform is best for contract to close, TC workflow tcDOCS or open to close. I do use Google but I’m not sure if it really makes a difference if the program integrates with it. I very much appreciate your time and the awesome content you’re providing!

I'm so happy to help and glad you find my content valuable 🤗 When deciding on a TM software, I always recommend my clients write down every feature that is a "need" to them, as it differs from personal to person. Also, considering the time you'd like to spend learning and setting up is also important. tcDocs is a much easier setup than Open To Close (and unfortunately, TCWF is no longer taking new sign ups). While tcDocs is easier, OTC is loaded with advanced features and automation. I've received your email but have a few meetings coming up. I'll be sure to connect with you once I've wrapped those up!

Question - when you add files to the "All Docs or All Exhibits" placeholder, you upload them from the computer again to merge into there, correct? You already have them uploaded individually as well?
I usually combine all the initial contract documents and add it to the all contract docs folder in the beginning of a transaction to send out for intros. Once the intros are sent, I go back and upload the docs individual to check that everything is there for compliance. My process has evolved since this video, so the file roles in my document templates are only those required by compliance. Then I have another folder for transaction docs. Hope this helps!
