Tea Eggs Recipe | Five-Spice Powder 

You will find tea eggs everywhere in China and Taiwan, on the streets and in 7-11s. Tea eggs are popular because it's an easy to make and easy to carry snack that fills you up. Here is a simple tea egg recipe using five-spice powder.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
750 ml water
2 tea bags. Any black/red tea like Oolong Tea, English Breakfast
600 ml water
1 stick cinnamon
2 Star Anise
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp 5-spice powder
120 ml light soy sauce
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
