bone density issues is from dairy,...pre diabetic is from too much fat,...high cholesterol is from meat and dairy,....no animals and there products then there is no atherosclerosis which is from dietary cholesterol! We are not addicted to sugar because its the number one fuel for our body. Ultimately the optimum diet is a high carb low fat lifestyle. Satisfy those cravings with lots of sweet fruits, carbohydrates, beans and veggies! Your blood sugar cannot spike eating like this because of the fiber. People like Sara make millions writing books based on anecdotal evidence (what worked for her) instead of science. All Sara is doing is confusing people. Yeah processed sugar is not good for you but its not the culprit. Eating animals and dairy are the real reasons everyone is so sick today!

The truth is that the dairy and meat industries dominate Australian media, and her whole career has been based on her willingness to be a cheerleader for pork and cheese, and her ability to stay slim (which is probably only achievable because of her thyroid medications).
