Today, my son joined me in the kitchen! We made his favorite radish kimchi.
He’s been saying how much he wants to learn my recipe. :)

vegetable slicer 야채칼

salt 40g
sugar 30g
onion 60g

apple 40g
anchovy fish sauce 3 tbsp
green onions 80g
red chili powder 60g
ground garlic 50g

this looks yummy! how many days do you typically leave it out and press the radish down before putting it in the fridge???

It depends on the weather and temperature. You will have to taste it everyday for your desired taste. Then refrigerate and enjoy! * You must press the kimchi at least once a day before it goes in the refrigerator.

Are you suppose to rinse and drain the salt and sugar before adding the blended mixture??
