I had a teacher in high school like this who taught business administration. He was high all the time, took actual business calls during class, gave me an A for not showing up to class, banged students, cursed, only showed videos and bragged that due to tenure he would never be fired. He was also the highest paid teacher in the district at $140,000. I also had a teacher in middle school who would spend a minimum of 15 minutes per class sitting in a chair in her closet with the door closed.
