I had an outdoor cat that would meow at wherever I was in the house (how did she know?!) When she wanted more food, water, or cuddles. And then a stray moved in with her during the winter and she taught him to meow for his food too. Seeing Nagi and Poki, even though they're different breeds (same fur length though, and opposite noise levels) reminds me of them.
