Chef Donny is the man. A burger seems simple, but I've eaten many ruined burgers at grill outs. There is a technique to preparing and grilling them - and Cheah performed precisely zero of the techniques on the Yak.

Those are the "High-End" hexclad pans that are metal utensil approved. That being said I'd probably still never touch them with metal out of ingrained fear lol
