Fry the sardines with: Some onions(diced) Sweet small bell peppers (diced) Salt and pepper to taste Some tomatoes (diced) Some crushed red pepper #2 Crush up sardines (no oil) Add a little pepper and salt or hot sauce Then add mayonnaise Combine everything Spread over toasted bread or hard dough bread

I'm a Caribbean girl and we love sardines over here but I've never eaten them straight from the can like that. Another way to try them is with some mayo, hot sauce, butter is optional and lots of lime to cut the rawness add cucumber for crunch too

I Put Mayonnaise, chOpped onions, chopped scotch bonnet peppers, a pinch of salt and black pepper or Lawrys on my sardines. I crush it all together then put it on bread or crackers. DELICIOUS!!

1) Tomato sardines: fry it wt a little bit oil, cut chili peppers or other peppers, salt, black or white pepper powder, a tiny tiny tiny bit of vinegar to breakdown the fish/raw smell. Eat it wt bread or rice. 2) Sardines in oil, the one you eat in the vid: cut some onion in really small pieces, chilli peppers or other peppers, mix or mashup the sardines a bit wt all of it, add some black or white pepper powder, a little bit vinegar. Good to go on bread. Where I'm from this is how we eat sardines.

I love Sardines and bread, I make it the way my dad used to make it Two cans sardines, throw some of the oil out, mash up the Sardines,in a bowl, Add Chopped onions, garlic chopped, splash on hot sauce,and sprinkle black pepper, salt,onion powder, garlic powder, fish seasoning Mix up all the ingredients then add Mayonnaise, and mash up some more, Put in the refrigerator, let it cool for an hour, Eat with bread or with Crackers

It has a smell however we season it with (Jamaican scotch bonnet peppers, tomatoes, garlic, onions etal) really delish with Jamaican tough crackers 😋

Even mama speaks like a Nigerian now. She said, "It stinks ooo". I went back to that part a couple of times just to be sure I heard her right.
