In the end Naruto killed him. For almost a decade people thought that it wasn't canon until this lady in Boruto mentioned that she was Raiga's daughter who Naruto killed. So yea there's that

starting from episode 143 of naruto there isn’t a single piece of canon material until episode 220 which is the final episode. you can just google what’s filler and what’s not if you’re planning to skip it all

Not always. More often than not the artist will open with the hook and then the feature will do verse 1. Like in scrus goku vegeta. Even most of the other big nerdcore artists do this, like DPS, fabvl and Schwabadi. But just as often as they do, they mix it up. Its good to have a balance, whereas rustages tracks are very formulaic. Theres nothing wrong with that of course, but with rustage you know the plot before the movie starts, so to speak.
