For anyone asking this is midlands raceway in Birmingham and we would like to thank them for letting us rent out their facilities, its an awesome place!
Certainly looking forward to seeing the new car, hopefully not too many spare parts to be got rid of from the B6.1-4 platform. 2024 I may return to the track.
From the AE video released earlier today, it looks like the drive shafts say 70mm on them. It also makes sense that with a narrower C and D block, the tail of the chassis will be narrower, which would make the transmission case narrower, and as such the diff out drives would need to be narrower as well to match the new arm pivot. Obviously we don't know for sure yet, but there is a very high probability that, along with all the other changes, the gearbox internals have been altered from the B6 family, and will not be interchangeable.
Too bad the new cars suck in real offroad tracks and are only made for carpet or clay now, not buying an associated car ever again that doesn't run in real offroad tracks.
