Why do they do the banded leg extensions and hamstring curls? Is this for blood blow to promote recovery immediately post training? Or do they use it for hypertrophy work?
Hey do you guys have footage of Shi Zhiyong training other than comp lifts ? He and Tian are my favorite and I feel like Shi doesn't get much spotlight :(
