I love this! Cyrus was the 1st Pokémon villain I really loved (as a character), so he means a lot to me.

Pokémon Diamond was my first ever *own* Pokémon Game back then and 1 or 2 years later was the release of Pokémon Platinum. And especially in Platinum, the fight against him before continuing on to Giratina, was especially difficult. Even when I watch other people nuzlocke this game, this is one of the most difficult fights to prepare for because of faat, strong and diverse his team and movesets are. Your Remix captured all of his actual strength so damn well and makes him all the more scary, very well done Galax. :)

It’s no secret that Team Galactic Boss Cyrus has one of the most badass themes Pokémon has ever had, especially since it fits his Magnificent Bastard and Knight of Cerebus tropes to a tee; a master planner whose plans only backfired due to outside factors, but managed to still be steps ahead of the heroes and managed to, if briefly, obtain the power of gods for his goals of making a world without strife caused by the evils of free will. With how this theme basically turned into a death march, which is fitting since he’s basically going to destroy the cosmos and remake them in his image as mechanical in nature with the powers of god-like Pokémon that take office in the space-time continuum’s function, is justice that has ulterior to be done in any Pokémon game featuring him. And the Ominous Latin Chanting in the background? Mwah! Chef’s kisses all around that.

Leaving a comment here for the almighty algorithm to finally accept that you need more recognition and move you up a step on the recommendation bracket. Also thats agreat intro and a nice focus on the whole cyrus is THE main villain aspect (aka making the theme more menacing/ "less friendly").

I'll just tell you quickly that I loved your 27 seconds loop for the Giratina encounter theme. It would almost make me want to make it the theme of the Arch-Curate of Giratina, but it would require a more long loop.

I hate how almost every team galactic remix I've heard thinks they need to make it sound "spacey" by adding those goofy space synths you'd expect from a shitty 1970s alien movie, instead of more orchestra like you would give to an evil organization that literally almost destroyed the universe lmao
