Team Wingate and Friends of Wingate presented the 2014 Pull Up Master Competition at the world famous Wingate park in Brooklyn, NY on June 21st. With multiple competitor divisions -Women, 50yrs+, 40yrs+, Super Heavyweight, Heavyweight, Middleweight, and Lightweight, the turnout was a positive success with many coming through to compete, spectate, and show support. The rules were strict and as follows, Two 2min rounds - one weighted using a 40lb vest, and one without. Strict form, full lockout, no kipping, no kicking, and chin clearing the bar.
Due to dead camera batteries, I was unable to record the Middle & Heavyweight divisions aswell as the trophy ceremony. Salute to DOC, Q, and B-Rock for the middleweight wins and Dolla & Dave for the heavyweight wins.
