Team Yankee - British Starter Box unboxing and first look 

The Team Yankee starter boxes are great deals. Just picked up two British starter boxes, then some Rapier AA missiles and Harriers.

fun fact the challenger tank was originally made for the shah of Iran and when he was kicked out the British kept the tank for themselves.

Very good review. This is my sons force. A must add is the British Infantryman, the best, and Milan teams. Rapier SAM unit or Marksman or a combination of both. Another box of Warriors to mechanise the troops.

So, I said I wouldnt start team yankee and would just concentrate on my WW2 stuff....but Im weak and Ive started a British force....such lovely details on the models...go together so easily...thanks for the video. Im adding Warriors and mechanised Infantry with a couple of the chieftain AA tanks.

This looks really nice, been looking for a more inexpensive wargame and this looks like fantastic value.

just on the edge to get soviet and american starters sets.........now i have to add british to that wishlist

The Fox was fantastic at high speed cornering.....ok it was VERY dangerous. Couple chaps got decapitated. Not nice. Underneath the armour it thought it was an E Type Jag (had same engine). As to modding and adding, then infantry (lots), if you can Stormer Starstreak as Marksman was only used by Finland. Artillery too with OP team, other than that I’m sure you’ve got it sorted.

Great video! It was actually the other way around, FoW V4 was modeled after TY. Battlefront also mentioned TY V1 and V2 cards were compatible.

I haven’t got this set for my British as I run a reconnaissance squadron but a must addition is AA certainly the chieftain marksman. The rapier or spartan with blowpipe. Also add some swingfire anti tank teams and artillery the abbots are cheaper then the m109s and I have not had any issues with them.

I would definately add in some infantry, warrior mounted is a bit exspensive along with chally 1 so probably go for some fv432 and add the milans there half the points. AA because its needed the marksmen 3 of because they can pull double duty taking out bmps and a couple of sams to start for the range thats 9pts the same as 6 blowpipes. Quick question are you planning on adding some regular team yankee content along the same lines as your excellent fow content? that would be great as i always enjoy the style of your bat reps and recommend your channel when asked for fow content
