The political agenda crosses "consitutional" lines. Which stands to be debated. For Instance, "At will" being brought to both tables to be pushed nationally is a problem, without understanding the regard and the effects it has to working people and their families, with an already unorganized labor union supporting the democratic party, without regard to exercising CBAs nationally. For me raises the question on how many At will employment wanting democrats are there.. when if they are for the working party or members none of them would or should support politica for it. Some would say even the IBEW constitution is being used to violate federal working rights and laws members shouod hold dear to constitutionally since they come from Acts of major government to protect union members from corrupt bad actors using internal union systems against the workers to impose fear through economic warfare, and weaponized organizing, against union rights members choose to enforce and have the right to do so. I like how sean bring up terrorism, and economic warfare when discussing tesla and trump, as it should also refer to union bad actors that do it daily to members without regard to their federal rights or CBAs but more on their position of authority and opinion.. Weaponized incompetence, weaponize migration, and economic warfare is a big problem, if it is being used against knowledgeable union members, That degrades the institutions foundations overtime because now exercising your federal rights against wrong doings within a union seems to be the wrong thing to do by perception, (which is a false perception), simply because a bad actors hand is slapped for violating federal law which is reality disloyality to their union institution.
