Quick tip. Keep the wheel in the front lift wheel vise when removing bearing. That way, it is steady.

ABS bearing always going on the primary side of the wheel with the red side on the bearing facing into the wheel

Officially caught up with all the vlogs! Loved em. Have a 22 ST after watching these. Already rocking quite a few Thrashin parts, just working on finding a perfect match bronze anodize color to finish off the shift and brake arms. Looking forward to the Softail brake lever release!!

might i suggest the Brembo calipers off the Pan America. Did it on my FXLRS and worked great!! and it has a H-D part number!

Man, the 117 already has a pretty hot cam, max torque is 108 rear wheel at 3500 rpm, instead of something like 2900-3000 on other smaller M8 model engines. Selkirk's Diablo came with bronze rims. Copper color rims work with your color combo? Not something seen very often. If those tires are 1/2 or more to worn out, if taking them off, may as well put new Scorcher's 31's on, at least in the back.

If you’re gonna step up to GP4 calipers.,, please, PLEASE don’t shoot yourselves in the foot and use that lame 0E Harley master cylinder. I run huge Galfer 300mm full floating wave rotors with high end Brembo mono block calipers w/aggressive pads on my Low Rider. The break performance was marginally better than stock, thats it. Yep! Even with all that high-end hardware. Once I added a real master cylinder to the equation it was Game On Bro! Seriously, if I had to put a number of brake performance I was leaving on the table, I would say it was high as 40%! Yep! Even with all that dope ass hardware. Think about it.. your master is what pressurizes those lines to give all that braking power to those awesome calipers of yours. With the exception of high quality tires that apply the friction required, allowing mechanical grip to the road surface, the master cylinder is the MOST important piece of the equation! Don’t cheap out. Ask Luke or Evan. Heck,, ask Bostrom himself. He’ll tell ya son🤙
