This commercial was posted more than 7 years ago before it was posted by WSJ, probably around 2013. I graduated high school around that time and this was the video that added fuel to the fire of my dreams to become a Medical Doctor. Today, I came back to watch this video again and I’m bawling because now I’m already a newly licensed Medical Doctor. I wanted to become a doctor to really help people in need, some may say that it could lead to a financial stability but it takes more than that to continue such dreams. I may not be rich nor going to be super rich, but saving lives is and will always be my calling. Thank you again to this video who inspired my young self to become a doctor! I watched this in one of my college classes three years ago. I consider it the best film with the most beautiful meaning the world needs. For me, kindness has no price, and everyone, no matter how they start out or where they end up have the ability to give without expecting anything in return. I used to watch this video when I feel down and pre-occupied. My parents told me These two things "Try to give, If you have something"! "Always be thankful of what we have!" We were poor when I was a little boy. I worked hard for my dreams! Now, I told to my parents, I can eat whatever I want. I can travel anytime I want. I can do a lot of things when I wish. Never underestimate an act of kindness. I’ve always believed in the saying that “what you give, is what you receive”, and this short film personified that. There are good deeds in life that are reciprocated with so much. Who you help doesn’t need a reference and when you help, you don’t expect something in return, but life may surprise you. May it be after a year, 5 years, 10 years or even 30, an act o kindness will change someone’s life and perception, it might even change yours too. This film is one of the most inspiring that I have seen. It does not just show a man helping a child or a child helping a man after 30 years, it is so much more than that. It shows genuine goodness that can restore our faith in humanity.

Dislikes are because such emotional ones are being used commercially with using ads to watch this video, not because of the content of the video. RU-vid should give options for why people dislike videos, than you will know the reason.
