As a reminder: Melody called her son while he was out at the lake with friends at 11pm at night claiming the horses had gotten out and she needed him to come back now. He comes back and the horses are not out. He goes to bed, wakes up early to golfing, tells his mom he needs the debit card and she meets him at the door. She was purposely setting him up. Remember: all of these kids used their father as an atm machine. They had nothing to gain because Melody inherited. And if you think she would give any of those kids one dime, you’re really thick in the head.

Scott is innocent, the defense attorney repeated himself in many different ways to catch Scott in some sort of lie. But, both Scott and Chris were consistent with their answers and each time they repeated the same answers. If they lied, they wouldn't have been able to stay with the same answers by the variety of ways the defense has asked the same questions. They didn't do it. I wonder if the mom will testify. 🧐

Farm work is hard work, and Scott did not get weekly pay. He only needed money to run around on. He worked for them, not a free-loader. It's the parents' fault. It is also the problem in the boys' marriages as well. Blended families and no boundaries or independent lives. The bottom line is IF the parents didn't provide financial perks, the boys would not be using his debit card or exoect paid trips and meals and would learn to live within their means. The flip side is the kids are spoiled and will do whatever dad needs. Sometimes that ruins marriages b/c problems spill over in their own marriage.

If you solely focus on Melody. She keeps her head straight ahead but her eyes look to her right anytime Scott brings up a good defence point - as though she's looking at her lawyers to the right of her. Very, very suspicious. Slow it down and watch her!

Anyone who thinks this tiny woman can carry a body up from a basement out to the burn pile and have enough training to successfully burn a human body( it is very very hard to get temperature high enough) then just walk her son right to his bones? If you think she even was able to get him lifted into a tractor….. you are insane! 300lbs of dead weight? She Could NOT have lifted that man period! If Melody wanted she could have divorced and took half of everything and alimony the rest of her life. The boys on the other hand were being told more and more about growing up and stop spending daddy’s money. There is no baloney attached to a flicking basement. That's a door leading out side to the yard. It's called a walk out basement. She killed that and him in off with tractor. There is no way the 64 year old mother being her size could shoot and handle a 6"4 300lb body of dead weight. She supposedly shot him in the basement. The son certainly could as he is a big man like his father. He also has military training. I think the jury should find that as common sense. How terrible to do this to his mother. There were outside doors in the basement and out the doors to the left is the fire pit. She could have done it. I am rewatching trial now.

Also, lawyers recommend you control yourself in court because your emotions can be used against you in court and in jail and later prison. I found this out by personal experience. Emotions aren't your friend in this case.

Defense lawyer has shown himself up or should I say shown Melody Walker Farris up by accusing Scott and saying things like "that's where you made a mistake isn't it". Scott replied calmly and pefectly, as he has nothing to hide. He recognises his evil mother for what she is and I don't blame him one bit for disowning her and no longer calling her mom. She killed his father who may have been boring and a workaholic, but she was prepared to spend his money with another man and then off him when he started to restrict it in order to get the inheritance. No doubt she thought she would get away with it and live happily ever after with her lover.

as for motive the sons would not have gained anything by murdering the father. I'm looking forward what's coming up regarding the murder weapon. Heard the same kind of ammunition used was found in one of the sons flat on thd family grounds. But motive wise it wouldn't make sense one of them did it.

Setting up their mother, certainly is enough motive... they stand to inherit his insurance and estate if she's found guilty. No more having to mooch off their parents, they'll have it all.

This guy is very dumb as he has admitted to having a non registered firearm (felony) and now he’s admitting to working under the table to avoid taxes (felony)! Wow! He’s supposed to be an adult but he still lives at home and mooches off his parents. Before you say anything they could have hired a farmhand, he didn’t have to work there. He was their employee! He was living rent free, golfing and eating on his parents dime with no other income. Yes the money belongs to both of his parents because GA is an equitable division state, she didn’t have a job, they would have divided their assets and given her alimony. They both cheated so that wouldn’t mean anything. Therefore yes it’s his parents money! Not the children’s which they forget!

You’d have to go back and look at the other clips, and there’s a lot. I got lucky and saw one where she was crying and it was legit tears. Couldn’t keep her hand out of the Kleenex box. Still doesn’t prove guilt or innocence of course, but it’s understandable that it helps some when making a decision.

Scott's not a defendant! He was a witness that was treated very badly by the defense. But Judge in this case is very very bizarre and who know's what he allows. If Scott was guilty he would be a defendant by now
