I believe the list is from the netherlands nationals bystial tear list that plaved top 16. It feels so strong. Praying konami doesnt nerf it any harder

It wouldn't have banished if the Tenpai player just used the other quick synchro on top of Bald.

@@chewdoom8415 Which is the point..it would've forced the Toad to negate and got rid of a very powerful omninegate. Instead he throws the Fenrir under the bus when it could've easily stayed on field and controlled the board forcing Apo negates.

@@chewdoom8415 - Fen bait Apo to go 1.600 ATK, NS Paidra no effect. BP Fen clears Apo (even at 2.400 it's the same so i won't count it). - Kaimen for Chundra, quick sync to avoid extra mills. Here (@3:00) Paidra could have gone CL4 so that the Synchro summon is performed before Bald hits the field, thus saving Bident from being banished. On resolution of the 1st activated quick synchro effect you have only Bident so it resolves doing nothing (even with Fen on field). - Chundra is revived and Bident attacks Bald (100 damage) while Chundra summons Fadra from deck that revives Paidra and now you can set the field Spell. (for a visual, @4:30 gamestate with everything faceup, but Magna instead of Bald on the field + summoning is set) - Quick sync into Transcend, then attack Magna (500 damage) - Revive Bident (3 attacks by Fen/itself/lvl10) and pop Planet, then synchro summon Trident. - Trident pops Transcend + set summoning, goes 6.000ATK with 3 attacks. - Revive Transcend, pop Bahamut. - Attack Kash Tear with Transcend (700 dmg). - Trident for 18.000 damage to OTK even under a Prosperity.

​@@babradI get all that, but it really comes down to the opponent making mistakes as well. When I see free grame I'm thinking of a 100% chance to win that is dependent on only your plays

shouldnt become too relevant and your side deck should already have bystials anyways

@@No__Vanitythat and I think it has a pretty favorable tenpai matchup, it’s really hard for tenpai to play into tear boards usually

@@robertbauerle5592 Well look you see cherry picked matches you dont see all the times these guys brick on 3 mali + 2 shufflers + 4-6 traps + beastkings etc. Against tenpai a lot of hands simply lose to 1-2 hand traps unless they get really lucky. Also shifter is like an auto win against tear.

@@AfffS-oz5sd most tear players don’t main shufflers because they’re bricks. They’re usually side-only. Mali isn’t that hard of a brick since it’s good with schieren and still fusion material from hand, but yea it’s not a starter or extender on its own. Shifter is an auto win in some cases yea, but tenpai doesn’t have the easiest time otk’ing through shifter, sometimes just setting a monster can be enough if tenpai didn’t open multiple starters, and that set has 1700 or more defense.

Seals only needs to be tributed and it will activate in the GY or banishment provided it was sent there and stays there. If you tribute it, then the opponent chains DD crow and banishes it from the gy, it won't activate when banished since it isn't considered the same card that was in the gy because it was tributed. Maybe this is why you are confused about this?
