Ja faço uso do medicamento há 4 anos, e o que percebi foi que tomando o medicamento após as refeições me ajudou a controlar o rubor. Vou passar a ingerir mais água, seguindo o seu conselho.
Hey Ian, I don't always leave you a comment when I watch your videos .. but I always give you a thumbs up !! 👍 This was interesting, it really does get you thinking when something that's happened like clock work on a regular basis suddenly stops. It does get you wondering why? what have I done different? Good on you for sharing you thoughts, it will inspire others to do the same I'm sure. Take it easy.
I'll give it a try. I thought it was the exercise that stopped the flushing for me but it's possibly also the tim I started taking it in the morning. I also have the flushing occur at around the same time as you. Thanks for sharing 🧡
My flushing is so irregular that I never managed to link it to anything. Sometimes it's once or twice a week, sometimes once a month. I flushed yesterday for the first time in two months and I had a different breakfast, but sometimes when I have that breakfast nothing happens. 🤷🏻♀️. I too flush around midday when it happens. Increasing my water intake would certainly benefit me, so I'll give it a try, thanks for sharing your experience!
@Kara Hey thanks for the comment. Before I started doing this my flushes seemed to make nonsense either other than the 11 am or 1pm bit. I don't know why it would be them but that was the only common factor. Still I could get them at 11pm at tonight and not know why. 🤔 But since my water trick it has been really stable. A few in months now and it is brilliant. I would love to know how it works for you if you do try it so please come back and comment again if you do. Thanks again for checking out the video 😁🧡
