Thanks for the tutorial, it s very simple and clear especially for people that dont have exp in using excel. Would you considering making a tutorial about a mood/enrgy/anxiety/thoughts tracker? I m not even sure it s doable with excel, but that may potentially help lots of people

Thanks for the tutorial! I am guessing that when you did the formula for the progress category, you had that cell formatted for "percentage". For fun, I added "IF" statements for each task...Complete" if TRUE and "Not Complete" if FALSE

Thanks for the tutorial, it's very informative. However, the process of assigning a true or false cell to each check box can get really tedious when creating one for a very long list. Is there a process of auto-linking True/False cells to each row of check boxes. I've tried different copy&paste options with no success, I'm been forced to go to each cells, I'm close to losing my mind

THIS WAS SOOOOOOOO HELPFUL! You can't imagine how happy I am to have been able to do this. And like the previous comment said, you were so succinct! Love it. 1 question though... My drag and drop formulas don't work. Will we have to do that manually when adding rows?

Fantastic way of relaying your thoughts, however the pace is too fast thanks. I use the automatic calendar and the sequence of order to build it is clear and follow able. thanks a lot. J.C.

Hi there. Love the progress tracker. How would you do a if it was at stages so if you have an exam so started syllabus =1 then started notes =2 practice question =3 right up to 6 which would be practise exams this would then calculate the sheet at what percentage all 12 topics are complete as a whole and each topic individually?

Thanks for the informative tutorial. I have a question and I wanted to see if you can point me in the right direction as my experience with Excel is pretty basic. I'm trying to find a way to create a spreadsheet with a main "dashboard" or tab where I can add text information that gets updated in other tabs but those extra tabs cannot edit the text information on the main sheet. Thanks in advance for any tip or guidance.

Could you make a progress tracker for logostics? Like from point a to point b. I tracl 18 wheelers and use excel to track progress using manually entered time stamps. So I can see when I updated a unit and were i updated the unit. Any ideas on that?

Any suggestion how can I create a day to day tracker for the team, based on a series of list of activities so at the end of the day I can understand how much time the invested on pre sales, invoicing, collection, legal etc

Hi. Thanks for this video. Do you have a video on how to create a template to manage staff availability across multiple work sites? So, I have to manage supervisors availability on 5 different work sites and need to manage capacity across these sites, show when each is on site, on annual leave and in training. The template also needs to account for weekends and public holidays. Any pointers?

Hello. I’m trying to create a spreadsheet to track project hours. I’m a PM and I want the spreadsheet to automatically count the cells for PM hours on the job and technician hours so I can easily look on one form to see where the project is budget wise with hours. Any ideas how to design that?

Can you show me how to integrate a countdown for each task based on the target completion date and also in case there is an overrun, you can show the overrun in days and highlight in a red colour with white text?

That was a great tutorial. This is a task that I'm trying to do with no success.. I want to create a daily schedule for one task where operators can tick a checkbox once they are done with their task and there is an option to send a message (WhatsApp) to contact them if there is any observation or urgent remarks that need to be delivered. Can you please explain how to do that?

I want to have Excel automatically add a checkmark to a sheet when an entry is made for a specific item......is there a way to do so without having to add each item in individually? Or will I have to format each item to add a checkmark when that entry is entered into the budget sheet?

Hi! Is it possible to create an employee activity tracker in excel where breaks will automatically be deducted from 8hours? for example, I entered "break" under the column named "Activity", I want the current time to populate on the next column then when I click a macro module, the timestamp for the end of the break will automatically populate on the next column. Then I want the duration of the break to be automatically deducted from the 8 working hours. Would that be possible and how? Thank you!

use workday and buy the scanners. time in , break and lunch is automatically populated into excell format

If I'm creating this for one than one users use at the same time , how can it be saved , since the file will obviously say it's in use ? So what can be done ?

I really enjoyed this video. After watching it, I thought it would be very helpful to create a progress tracker for our EFL program. One level has one teacher, and the other level has four teachers presenting the same material. If each teacher reports the last page he finished each day, how can I track them as a group? I tried using a daily average, but I can't figure out how to create a "running" total. Please help!

hi, I have to create a power point with a plan for a department at the logistics warehouse where I work ( Dispatch and pack depart ) I have to implement some new procedures so the team will work more efficient ( implementing operational wise I can and I am already doing it but my manager wants me to to put a PowerPoint together but I have no clue when to start. He needs the tasks, costs, time and all packing/dispatch process steps ( kind of like an project tracker ) he needs to know what's the cost atm how the departments are working and after the improvements. Please let me know if you can help
