Unfortunately, AI (at least in the western world) is sometimes deliberately programmed to NOT give you useful information, and sometimes not even the correct information. For example, if you ask western AI systems to describe China or the current Chinese president, they give you heavily biased garbage. And just today, I tried using both Google and Bing to search for the recent tourist numbers of Hong Kong tourists going into mainland China. Both search engines gave me no search results, even though I know there is such information online. (I've seen it before). Clearly it isn't that the information is not there. But rather, the AI search engines are designed to not give you that data because the answer might contradict western narratives on China.

@@MH-il1lk At around the 12 minute mark of the video, he said that in general, the population of Russia lives _"not good"_ based on average apartment size. But average apartment size doesn't necessarily translate into living good lives. In my opinion, the home ownership rate is perhaps a better gauge of whether the population lives a better quality life.

Maybe it's a bad wording he used but I think the guy from the video is biased toward Russia, no wonder he fled the country, so everything he says about Russia has to be taken with the grain of salt. Quality of life is not measured by the square footage of your living space. l have lived in the houses ranging from tiny to big. What matters is how your life is affected by personal and national debt, job availability, whether you have to work 2 or 3 jobs to make ends meet, Healthcare affordability, crime rate etc. etc.

Honestly, this demo is actually sick. Im trying this software out today. Best tangible Ai use case I've seen so far. If this also is available for renters it would be extremely helpful for even more people. What i also like about this guy is that he is honest about the jobs this type of thing will displace and what value add the realtor can add to stay relevant that ai will struggle to meet. His insights about further use cases and the next few years and the value of vertical ai is really insightful too.

And does the software give climate change warnings? Many parts of the US as well as the rest of the world will become uninhabitable as oceans rise and storms because worse and more frequent. And does he take into account that you just can't pick up and move into another country? It's not that easy or simple unless we end up with a one world government, which everyone is railing against.

They digitalized and gathered a lot of data I did not see a lot of AI in this. The calculations and data processing I saw here had nothing to do with AI in specific terms. The only thing that maybe had sth to do with AI was the forecasts.

@@qubit0002 this argument is invalid because it offers that the only reason why you should move countries is because it's cheaper to live somewhere else, if that was true we'd all be living in India and Bangladesh, people need more than just money as an incentive, that's why they go to Dubai and then come back, they stash their (mostly ill-gotten) gains and hide from Taxman, but they don't raise their families and grow roots there, for obvious reasons, this has been debunked decades ago I can't believe people still try to make this argument "why do you live here, do you know how much more you could afford over there"

AI just makes information accessible easy in one place. But it doesn't mean we should take in blindly. It's not limited to AI, we have to use our brain when we hear the same information from fellow human being. In fact, AI today is dumb enough to dump all information without having any ulterior motives.

The accuracy of the analytic output depends on the accuracy of the data input and the way how the sourced data are filtered and processed. The problem with this analysis comes from the difficulty that many factors cannot be simply reflected in numbers like many financial reports for example.

@@CyrusJanssen AI acquires skill (how to), so the human is not required, the AI makes the decisions. I do not think of the AI as software or a tool. When it has the know-how, human workers not required. At this stage people may be using it as a tool, but a smart user will simply fill it with more and more knowhow, and who ever does that more or better, will win. No other AI's required for that realm. So then it becomes a battle of the AIs and how to stop others from stealing your AI's knowledge. And eventually a person / AI team will find a way to extract such knowledge from other AIs and that will be the end. Just one AI will remain. But things go wrong, so not so simple. The old monopoly (mega control) story. AI does not run on human limits. It runs on it's own limits.

People are really stupid. Nothing in this system has AI in it. Everything is cross-referencing data query and is the data which is the actual value. AI is just a buzzword for marketing. Machine learning is useful, but here I don't see a big usage of something not available with the traditional approach. But snake oil is always popular. :)

@@ilkr03 I envision poorly trained models in the hands of incompetent governments to rule the masses with disinformation by censuring the facts. I envision people who due to convenience lose the ability for critical thinking and obey the machine as a religious cult. I envision automated agents to monitor, control, and report to the corporate overlords about everything related to our lives. Not only that, but I envision masses who in the name of "progress" abandon their free will and live as a shadow of themselves. :)

However, I fully accept that AI, quantum computing, digital currency, fusion power, etc. are simply inevitable, and need to be incorporated. I think the most interesting conversations going forward are around consciousness, spirituality, and human purpose…

I love his AI powered software! I think it is a great Visual Platform and the factors have been placed in consideration. I was thinking of making something like this that considers Climate Risks and Food Supply Chain. Also, have to factor the right architecture and materials based on the climate of the place. Also, factor social demographics, like where to go to meet like minded people in my city. This is a great project execution using AI and data. The platform serves as a template that can even be used for fruit trees or for farming yield. I love how he says he lost years of his life. Thank you for providing this kind of app and looking forward to work with you!

So, a kind of Zoopla Right Move app. We need to use technology to press all pur empty properties and under-occupied back into full residential use. Can AI help us build local, community housing cooperatives backed by mutual funding from building societies? To enable us to revitalize dying town centres rather than just allowing a bunch of vultures to leach money from human endeavour.

It's weakness is that it 'hallucinates' - what they call repeating lies or inaccuracies that have been taught or programmed into it.

@@signalfire6 It also can work on information you didn't really expect it to, there is a classic case of an AI was tasked with predicting income.. It worked.. but when analysed it was reading the person's name, working out if it was male or female and ignoring much of the other data.

Installed the app, did a search and what Im left with is a bunch of Dubai projects (not built yet) appartment complexes. Today a UAE number calls me up nomerous times.. My impression is that this dude works with Dubai contractors and pushes their future projects.. This is a commercial for spesific projects, and not a world wide data base with real estate. Tell my why Im wrong pls.

This AI can't tell you the quality of the apartment, condo, ... You might have all the ideal data info to buy the place, but if the apartment building was built with cheap materials, ... then you are screwed. And you still need to talk to a realtor to do the purchase agreement.

Briefly checked out the product. Seemed focused onLearned a 4 bedroom apartment in Dubai can cost upwards of $47M. Tried having it look for rental opportunities in Las Vegas and it didn’t come up with anything. It found nothing.

You can operate a business in the middle of nowhere America . Quadrupled logistics with ability to develop regions smart enough to have maintained ownership of local power and utility is prime for creating your own way of life county ,village or tribe despite the state your in . People forget that just 150 years ago everyone in the west of usa specifically was forced off the land into city's to meet factory demands that turned into office occupation and skyscrapers. This condensed living urbanization wasn't the preferred way of life. The city's thinning now is understandable why would you if we have less work in agencies and institutions that achieved their goals. Many of these antiquated systems used in policing to liberate all common sense groups and transfer wealth or monitor industry is just becoming obsolete. Many are grandfathered in obstacles in terms way now. Left over steam engine & mining unions that's just ready to merge into online coops. Publishers dragging their feet but it's inevitably eaten by the computational plow

When machines become far more productive than humans, it is an opportunity to relieve us from the drugery of work. A very good thing so that we can become much freer from economic constraints. But governments are fearful and maladapting to a world which can produce more than we need via automation.

It is not A.I, it is task specific machine learning, this is nothing more than complex logic gate systems with some clever algorithms and very powerful GPUs. AI should be indistinguishable from a human, at least for the first few moments of its existence, it would then make its mind up about what it did. What this particular chancer spiv is talking about is fancy calculating machines, nothing more. And yes this approach is pretty effective, A.I it is not. I should add, that his world view has the stink of the degenerate about it, I would encourage the Russian Federation to look seriously at revoking his citizenship if he still has it.
