I’ll keep saying it... “This Ring, and Come Gangsta” This Ring got crazy meaning behind it and Come Gangsta go crazy cadence and flow.. hard ass beat too.
Come gangsta, t9x, imma tell, this ring, Einstein, like yeah, and mental giant are all dope. Stamina is like a minute, but he raps super fast and performs that at the beginning of his concerts
ICP and Twiztid were the biggest independent artists in the world in the early 2000s and that's undeniable. Tech was touring with them on their tours at the time. It's how most of us know who he is honestly.
I wanna hear Stevie thoughts on a Ces Cru track. To me, that duo is crazy. Those 2 slap with each other so different. That live click, clack bang joint going back an forth at the beginning is smash city!
I really enjoy that Tech intro. He seems like a chill dude, and I love that he support people that apreciate bars like Stevie! Also enjoying these Tech tracks 🔥🔥 I haven’t heard him very much but these reviews makes me wanna check him out more often real talk, lets go!
TI did his best verse on “The Bible” I love that song. I wasn’t exited to hear Ti when it came out but he blew my mind with his verse. “Need Jesus” with Stevie Stone is amazing too.
Great reaction homie, you should check out The Anthem with tech, eminem, xzibit and the RZA it's an oldskool banger tech was part of in the earky 90's it's got some crazy features
Tech put it all in his music, u just gotta catch the truth in his lyrics, but his whole story is in his tracks. Love the work you do. Tech week!!!!!! (Should be tech month if we were trying to catch his whole story)
Tech's flow is like a beat on bongo drums. Check out "Industry is Punks" It'll fill you in on his problems he had with the music industry. Yo breakdowns are dope, new sub
I hope you keep doing Tech N9ne weeks, Red Nose is great, I love this track. React to everything by him lol. You gotta dig, I cant say hes the GOAT, but nobody does it like Nina, hes so versatile.
"Who Do I Catch" is like part 2 of this song.Should give it a listen..Talks about how hes on everybody's radar after treating him like he had a red nose
Stevie, you gotta do "On the Bible ft. TI", one of Tech's hardest, most gangsta songs. Also, check out "Erbody but Me", it's a party anthem on the same level as DMX
The flow you're referring to is called Chopping. Really a midwest thing. Other regions do it sure, but so many more dudes from the Midwest use that cadence type it's kind of our thing. If you want a master class in it five into the rest of the chopper series... Midwest choppers 1 & 2
Tech nine... how I'm feeling wit snow, on the bible wit t.i., and riot maker is one of his best live songs the crowd goes crazy when he does that shit live.... tech got the best live shows out of any rap artist n even most rock concerts too... it's like a rock concert energy but wit rap, that's what makes tech so different...
man Stevie's doing tech week right, this is awesome hope he follows it up with a Strange week though it'd be cool to see Krizz, Rittz, Stevie Stone, Mayday, Ces Cru, and other collabs like with Kottonmouth kings and T.I. getting some love from the reaction channels.(p.s. Klusterfuck and Carabou lou are iconic tech songs hope their on the list)
@stevie Knight that's exactly what happened. He kept signing to people and they didn't know what to do with him. His partner gave him the idea of doing it on his own, and it's been on from there. It's been 20 years strong now.
Truth!!! And it was at the time where there was a "lane" that they could put rappers in. Tech didn't fit. He had things to say, outside of gangsta shit. He embraced the rock. He also broached "dangerous" topics. He was just too different to sell for the established industry.
you wonder how that would be for him... picture this if you will, he's been around since the 90's, it's 2020, and b/c mainstream won't have anything to do with him, YOU are just NOW hearing about him, and he's been THIS GOOD the WHOLE time... he's put out over 20 albums/mixtapes(this song was released 11 years ago), he's collaborated with almost EVERY big artist in MULTIPLE genres (Rap : Eminem, metal : Cory Taylor, Rock : Serj Tankian from System of a Down, Classic Rock : All the members of The Doors except Jim Morrison.. ect..) and you are just now hearing about him. I'm sure the industry shunning him made him feel just like Rudolph. EDIT : Also, his rap style, he Chops aka chopper, which is why there are all the Chopper remix's...
Can we have a SNOW THE PRODUCT WEEK? I really think her discography deserves your breakdowns. Alot of her early stuff is short (2:30ish) but she says alot and her GROWTH is insane. Also she can really SING SING. LOL
I wish you had gotten the album version of the song with the lyrics because the beginning is different. I stead of the Rudolph song, it is a clip from an Interview, "I ain't about to spend 20,000 dollars for a dj to play my motherfuckin' song, *****, you like it? You play it. I've always been like a humble dude but I'll say and I'll give it to yall first...cause I'm truly on some Fuck Everybody type shit...I'm a say, Nobody can beat us making music, when I say Fuck you *****, what I mean is..." chorus starts. I hope you see this Stevie. Go check it bc it's different when you hear it. Thanks.
Also should check out "Green Lit" ft King Iso. Came out at the same time 69 was doing his snitchin. Not saying they are related just timing is a coincidence, tell us what u think tho.
Best tech reaction I’ve ever watched bro. Not many reactors can explain the bars as well as you can. Big respect for this one. Tech is the 🐐. And I’m dumb happy your going down the tech road. His story is mind-blowing.
please watch eminem stay wide awake colored lyrics ( i know you've already reacted to the song but the colored lyrics is on another level) LOvvvvvvvvvvvve tech n9ne
Active is really good too. I like how he basically says that the whole world when you look at it that everyone is in a type of gang. It was pretty sick. Also like I ain't was a really awesome track as well.
Hell yeah!! Get stuck on his cadence because it's up there with the best of them, dead or alive. This was one of the first songs I heard from him that got me hooked. Nobody be slaying those waveforms... literally making a flow, even without the beat... like Tech N9ne...And I think of myself as a Stan, when I be saying that.
One thing you need to know is tech used to be a B boy most of his flow is with the thought of popping and moving like he's dancing that's why he's so unorthodox pay attention to him in the videos his body matches his flow
Yea man, Tech's different... 💯 There is really no one else out there like him (least that I've found yet) who consistently puts out seriously good music every album. Tech's put out at least 1 album every year since 2006 to current and still going... 🔥 That's pretty crazy when you think about it. 🤯
The real video is dope u should have done it u need to see it. Also u should do come gangsta. Super hard. But in the real music video there are the lyrics atleast most of them.
Ive always called his style a trance-mission. Its like when he says something, it all has a purpose, but the cadences put you in a trance. You just sit in awe at his level of both skill and humility. He is pretty much an oxymoron, in that he remains both humble and knows just how good he is at the same time. This is who Hopsin reminds me of. Both really just dont care, they will put on people who may not be as mainstream as others, and make them memorable. Em has really just kinda rekindled himself in that pocket featuring people like Young MA, Reyes, etc. This is why they seem to be getting better despite time.
Great reaction bro ahh yeah man you catching alot was hes saying in the song and it caught me of guard many people the read ait and go oohhh okay and dont read between the lines.. Come Gansta is another banger talking about how he was treated
The biggest thing about tech is that if you go through his first major album, anghellic and absolute power, you hear the story. His first few albums were stories that gave you insight to what he went through as an artist. I grew up in Kansas and this dude was always going through adversity.
So glad to see you do an entire tech week, bravo to you bruh. No one gives him the attention he deserves. Ive seen him in concert multiple times, he's easily in my top 3 stage performances as well.
