Excellent series. I'm glad you showed the stock pitman arm and the already obscene angle of the drag link end at ride height with no articulation. This is something everyone should check after every wheeling trip, especially if they've increased their tire size without an upgrade to a twisted pitman arm. Even then, check every nut and bolt as seen in GenRight's "Bolt Checking Your Jeep" video.

Wish he covered wheel scrub more. Like positive & negative offset. Seems like there should be a chart or spreadsheet for dialing in your scrub using wheel diameter and wheel width. Plug in those numbers and boom, spits out an offset....

Thank you for the feedback! Join us on one of our live Tech Talks on Wednesdays at 5 Pacific Time! You can ask about your specific set up and we can go over that scrub radius.

Question. Drag link VS Track bar. If the track bar is as close to the tire/drag link end as possible within the confines of "crap in the way" Does moving the other end of the track bar outboard solve the equal length problem or maybe the question(s) I should ask is: Excluding tire interference, what is the limiting factors if any for moving the track bar outboard and are there other problems this movement can cause? What is interesting is the "common" answer to this geometry question is parallel to each other is the fix which does not address the differing radius. So basically if you want it right, both !
