Since moving into a new shop, the technician has been able to restrain his violent tendencies while settling into his new work environment. Unfortunately, he can't seem to slow the slipping away of his mind. He has recently been exhibiting very peculiar behaviors such as extended periods of mad, wheezing laughter, dreams and waking nightmares, adopting inanimate objects as helpers, and difficulty in distinguishing fantasy from reality.
Some would say that a technician is driven to problem solve and to repair and that is even true of this man. In this episode, we find that his ever-increasing problems, real or imagined, cause him to lose control and break through the thin barrier that separates the technician from his desire to fix and his need to destroy.
Note: This episode features an original score I created and recorded with a lot of love and determination. The theme song is an instrumental version (not mine) of "Silence is Golden" by The Tremeloes with me singing a parody I wrote called "Violence is Golden".
Many thanks to Gabe Green for making his debut in a Tech Talk episode and for all his help in production.
