Sir मैंने tgt english मे फॉर्म apply करते ही proper channel से एप्लीकेशन आगे फॉरवर्ड कर दी थी लेकिन मुझे अभी तक मुझे noc नहीं मिली जबकि मेरी डाक्यूमेंट्स वेरिफिकेशन भी हो चुकी है इंग्लिश की ?

Sir I am shifting from CG to CG I have applied for technical resignation, my present dept accepted it but in order they didn't mention the term 'technical' but they have mentioned that I will be on lien for two years. सर मे बिजली विभाग मे मीटर रीडर की post पर हु. और मेने अभी जूनियर अकाउंटेंट के exam के लिए permission नहीं ली. और मेरे 60%+ हो रहे हे. अगर मेरा selection हो जाता हे तो muje noc मिल जायगी या resign देना पड़ेगा. और मेने form भरते समय एक ऑप्शन आता हे की आप पहले से सरकारी सेवा मे हो क्या, उसको yes किया था अब मे बहुत confuse हो रहा हु. Plese suggest me सर.

Sir abhi me electricity board pr class 3 post pr hu or abhi 6 month hue h joining ko or abhi me 2 saal k contract period me hu.. Ab mera ek or test same department me clear hua h.. To agr me technical resignation deta hu or dusri post ko join krta hu.. To kya mujhe joining date 6 month pehle ki milegi jisme me abhi hu ya new joining date milegi... Please reply

Sir, if probation period is completed but confirmation letter is not issued yet. And before the confirmation letter is issued though he completed his probation period, if an employee took technical resignation, will he get Pay Protection?

Confirmation issue करा के technical देना चाहिए but अगर technical पहले दे दिया है तो Confirmation back डेट से जारी करवा सकते हैं

Sir agar parent department mein probation complete ho gaya hai 4 years ho chuke hai aur kisi reason se doosri job se terminate ya remove kr diya jaata hai to mai parent department ko join kr skta hoon....mera lien protect rahegaa...

Sir, I had given limited departmental examination in June 2023 for 1800 grade pay to 1900 grade pay, but in the same year (October 2023) my departmental promotion came to 2000 grade pay and I accepted that promotion. Dec 2023 Exam Result Declare I gave LDCE in June 2023 for 1800 grade pay to 1900 grade pay, I have passed it and I want to join at 1900 grade pay. Can I join at 1900 grade pay?

You can join but u can't get pay protection in new job bcz pay protection is only for equal or higher post.

The level of 2000 grade pay has been fixed at 23100 and the level of 1900 grade pay is also being fixed at 23100.

Sir, I was Superintendent Group B (basic- 62000/-), and joined Group C post on technical resignation and was holding lien at Superintendent post. I was granted Pay protection on my previous basic of Rs. 62000/- at new job of Group C, I worked at Group C post for one year (on probation period) and now I got selected on another Group B (Inspector) job. Do I get the pay protection in the new Group B (Inspector) job, as I have not completed probation in the present Group C job. Please help sir, your help would solve my problem.
