DARE. Coaches Luke Walker and Evelina MacKelden show us how to maximise the Leg Press Machine.
Cues to follow:
• Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the plate.
• Brace your core and lock your body in place while pulling yourself into the seat with your arms.
• Lower the plate with the required tempo within your range of motion with your knees out.
• At the bottom of the rep drive the plate away, pushing the knees out using your quads and glutes.
